PSMA TARGETED FLUORESCENT AGENTS FOR IMAGE GUIDED SURGERY
Compositions and methods for visualizing tissue under illumination with near-infrared radiation, including compounds comprising near-infrared, closed chain, sulfo-cyanine dyes and prostate specific membrane antigen ligands are disclosed.
PRE-TARGETING IMAGING AGENTS
The present invention provides a novel compound of the formula: methods of making this compound, methods of using this compound for pretargeted imaging, and preparations of such formulations.
##STR00001##
Trivalent Radioisotope Bio-Targeted Radiopharmaceutical, Methods Of Preparation And Use
A targeted radiopharmaceutical comprising a targeting species chemically-bonded to a PCTA-chelated Q.sup.+3 trivalent radioactive ion of Formula I
##STR00001##
is disclosed. Six of R.sup.1 through R.sup.7 are H and the seventh is a reacted functionality, Z, that forms the chemical bond with the targeting species, T. “g” is a number whose average value is 1 to about 12. X.sup.1, X.sup.2, and X.sup.3, are substituent groups that can coordinate to the Q.sup.+3 ion and/or help neutralize the ionic charge. Anion Y.sup.− is optionally present to balance the ionic charge. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a theranostic effective amount of a targeted radiopharmaceutical of Formula I in a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent is also contemplated, as are a method for treating and/or diagnosing a mammalian host having a disease, disorder or condition characterized by undesired angiogenesis, tumor growth and/or tumor metastasis.
PSMA-targeting compounds and uses thereof
Compositions and methods for visualizing tissue under illumination with near-infrared radiation, including compounds comprising near-infrared, closed chain, sulfo-cyanine dyes and prostate specific membrane antigen ligands are disclosed.
PSMA TARGETING UREA-BASED LIGANDS FOR PROSTATE CANCER RADIOTHERAPY AND IMAGING
The present invention provides novel PSMA targeting urea-based ligands that binds to prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) which is expressed 8-to-12-fold higher in prostate cancer cells when compared to healthy tissue. The PSMA targeting urea-based ligands comprises a chelating agent that may comprise a metal and a halogen radioisotope of fluorine, iodine, bromine or astatine. The invention further relates to a method for providing the PSMA targeting urea-based ligands of the invention, to precursors of the PSMA targeting urea-based ligands and to the PSMA targeting urea-based ligands use in radiotherapy, imaging and theranostic.
QUINOLINE-3-CARBOXAMIDE COMPOUNDS AND THEIR USE IN DIAGNOSIS
The present application provides quinoline-3-carboxamide compounds covalently linked to a label for use in the diagnosis of an inflammatory disease at local site. The above mentioned compounds can be used to detect or image accumulation of S100A9 in the body of a subject at sites of inflammation, using in vivo non-invasive molecular imaging techniques for the detection of said compounds. Accordingly, labeled quinoline-3-carboxamide compounds can be applied to evaluate the risk of a subject of developing an inflammatory disease and to follow the progress of the disease.
Methods and compositions for positron emission tomography myocardial perfusion imaging
This invention provides compounds and compositions useful as imaging tracers for positron emission tomography myocardial perfusion imaging (PET MPI). Compounds in accordance with embodiments of the invention will generally comprise three structural elements: i) a triphenylphosphonium moiety; ii) a chelating element; and iii) a hydrophobic element. The tracer compounds are preferably radiolabeled with .sup.64Cu or .sup.18F. Also provided are methods for synthesizing the compounds, methods for derivatizing the compounds, and derivatives thereof.
