Liquid Foundation Using Starch as Filler and Preparation Method thereof
The disclosure discloses a liquid foundation using starch as a filler and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical fields of deep processing of starch and preparation of cosmetics. In the disclosure, starch is modified by an OSA reagent and then homogenized and micronized to obtain a starch filler; powder materials and the water phase in the formula of the liquid foundation are sequentially added to the oil phase at a certain temperature; the mixture is sheared at low speed, homogenized, and cooled to room temperature; and the starch filler is added to prepare the liquid foundation using starch as a filler, wherein the formula includes 10-20 parts of oil phase, 65-75 parts of water phase, 5-10 parts of toner, and 5-15 parts of starch filler. The starch filler in the disclosure is hypoallergenic, environmental and safe, and the liquid foundation containing the starch filler is refreshing and not easy to clog pores, solves the problems of traditional fillers which are thick and greasy, unbreathable, easy to aggravate facial acne, and the like, and is in line with the current propensity to consume of consumers for green and safe beauty products.
Encapsulated Cleansing Composition
This disclosure provides an encapsulated cleansing composition that is free of talc and that includes a core particle including (1) tapioca starch, (2) potato starch, (3) at least one anionic surfactant, and (4) at least one amphoteric surfactant. The encapsulated cleaning composition also includes a coating disposed about at least a portion of the core particle and includes a polysaccharide.
STABLE ANHYDROUS CLEANSER CONCENTRATE FORMULATION AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
The invention relates to stable, anhydrous concentrated cleanser formulations.
BIODEGRADABLE MICROCAPSULE SYSTEMS
In accordance with a first aspect, the invention relates to microcapsules for use in a high demand area selected from detergents and cleaners, cosmetic products, adhesive systems, paints and dispersions, coating materials comprising a core material and a shell, wherein the shell consists of at least a first and a second layer whose chemical compositions differ, and wherein the shell has a biodegradability measured according to OECD 301 F of at least 40%. The invention further relates to a product comprising microcapsules, wherein the product is selected from the group consisting of an adhesive system; a cosmetic product; a pharmaceutical product; a coating material, in particular a coated paper; a heat storage coating, a self-healing coating or a corrosion coating; and a coating of functional packaging materials.
GRAFT POLYMER
An oil-resistant agent including a graft polymer obtained by graft modification of a bio-based material with a long-chain hydrocarbon group-containing non-fluorine polymer having a long-chain hydrocarbon group having 7 to 40 carbon atoms. Also disclosed is a fiber product including the graft polymer in the oil-resistant agent and a method for producing the oil-resistant agent.
COMPOSITION
A cosmetic composition includes: (i) one or more vegetable butters in an amount of from 5 to 35% by weight of the total composition; (ii) one or more vegetable oils in an amount of from 20 to 50% by weight of the total composition; and (iii) starch in an amount of from 40 to 85% by weight of the total composition. The cosmetic composition is free from preservatives as defined herein.
Solid hair cosmetic composition
The present disclosure relates to a solid hair cosmetic composition comprising—based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition—0.1 to 40.0% by weight of at least one polysaccharide, at least one polysaccharide being starch from corn, rice, potato or tapioca; modified starch; hydroxypropyl starch phosphate or a dextrin, and optionally: 10.0 to 60.0% by weight of at least one polyhydric alcohol, 0.1 to 15.0% by weight of at least one cationic surfactant, and 0.1 to 15.0% by weight of at least one saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched C.sub.8-C.sub.30 alcohol and/or a saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched C.sub.8-C.sub.30 carboxylic acid and/or a salt of a saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched C.sub.8-C.sub.30 carboxylic acid, as well as production and application methods and uses thereof.
Encapsulated fragrance compounds based on natural amino acids
The present invention relates to a process for the production of multilayer microcapsules, in particular multilayer odiferous substance capsules or fragrance compound capsules, which have improved stability and odiferous substance release or fragrance compound release compared to prior art capsules. In addition, the present invention relates to multilayer microcapsules comprising at least one hydrophobic odiferous substance or fragrance compound obtainable by the process of the invention. In another aspect, the invention described herein relates to multilayer microcapsules comprising a core comprising at least one hydrophobic odiferous substance or fragrance compound, and a capsule shell. In addition, the present invention relates to the use of the multilayer microcapsules and suspensions of the multilayer microcapsules as an ingredient in detergents, fabric softeners, cleaning products, scent boosters in liquid or solid form, cosmetics, personal care products, agricultural products or pharmaceutical products.
