Manually-Actuated, Reduced-Pressure Systems For Treating Wounds
A manually-actuated, constant reduced-pressure apparatus for use with a reduced-pressure system for treating tissue at a tissue site includes a flexible, collapsible member that is operable to move between a compressed position and an extended position. The collapsible member may be disposed between a carrier member and a slider member that move between a compressed position and an extended position. The carrier member and slider member are urged away from each other by a constant-force biasing member, e.g., a constant force coil spring. As the apparatus moves from the compressed position to the extended position, a constant reduced-pressure is generated and delivered to a reduced-pressure port. Methods of manufacturing a manually-actuated, constant reduced-pressure apparatus and methods of treating a tissue site are also provided.
SKIN CLEANSING DEVICE HAVING INTERCHANGEABLE CLEANSING HEADS
A skin cleansing device has a base body and a removable cleansing head. The base body houses a vacuum pump and has a mount for connecting to the removable cleansing head. The mount has an opening into the base body and a support surface. The removable cleansing head has a collection portion and a mounting portion. The collection portion defines an inlet and an internal cavity. The mounting portion has a stem defining a channel fluidly connected to the internal cavity. The cleansing head is removably connectable to the base body with the stem being configured to be received in the opening of the mount. The vacuum pump is configured to generate a fluid flow through the internal cavity and the channel into the base body such that a suction force is generated at the inlet.

MANUALLY OPERATED NEGATIVE PRESSURE WOUND TREATMENT APPARATUS COUPLED WITH SMART FEEDBACK SYSTEM
The present invention provides a manually operated negative pressure wound treatment (NPWT) apparatus for suction of bodily fluids using the negative pressure generated by means of manual pressing. The NPWT apparatus is made of two parts: [1] top functional part; and [2] bottom collector part. The top functional part is made of a pressing mechanism attached to a bellow enclosed within an enclosure. The bellow is connected to the wound dressing using an external medical tube through a one-way check valve, wherein the negative pressure gets created within the bellows when compressed by manually pressing the mechanism. The negative pressure of the bellows sucks the bodily fluid from the wound, which promotes a new blood supply, cleaning infection, and accelerates healing dramatically. The bottom collector part is attached with the bellow through the internal one-way valve, wherein the collector collects the fluid from the bellow when the piston is pressed in the next cycle. Pressure levels and wound conditions are measured and transmitted to the user's smart device, in order to enhance treatment monitoring and efficacy.
Dressing With Integrated Pump And Releasably Coupled Pump Actuator
A dressing for treating a tissue site with negative pressure including a tissue interface, a cover, a chamber wall, and a base. The cover may be adapted to be sealed to epidermis proximate the tissue site. The chamber wall may define a pump chamber, wherein the pump chamber may be adapted to be fluidly coupled to the tissue interface. The base may extend from the chamber wall, wherein the base may be fluidly sealed to the cover. The dressing may include an intake valve and an exhaust valve fluidly coupled to the pump chamber. The pump chamber may be compressed to evacuate fluid from the pump chamber through the exhaust valve. The pump chamber may then be expanded to draw′ fluid through the intake valve from the tissue interface. This supplies a negative pressure to the tissue interface which may be adapted to distribute negative pressure across the tissue site.

The cleansing head is removably connectable to the base body with the stem being configured to be received in the opening of the mount. The vacuum pump is configured to generate a fluid flow through the internal cavity and the channel into the base body such that a suction force is generated at the inlet.
Vacuum assisted drainage reservoir and systems
Devices used to drain fluid are disclosed. The devices may be configured to drain fluid from a body cavity using a vacuum pressure. The devices include a reservoir and a vacuum generating member configured to expand the reservoir and generate a vacuum pressure within the reservoir. The devices can be configured to be shipped in a collapsed state.
CUPPING AUXILIARY CONSUMABLE, CUPPING KIT, AND CUPPING METHOD
A cupping auxiliary consumable used in conjunction with one of the Chinese Medicine techniques, cupping. The characteristics include: a sanitary blood-absorbent pad suitable to insert into a cup during cupping treatment, and when applied, the layer against the human skin is made of a material that is permeable to blood. A cup kit for cupping is also provided, including: a cup and a sanitary blood-absorbent pad inserted into the cup. The cup can also include an adhesive surface connecting the cup and the skin; a releasing layer to protect the adhesive surface. The cupping operation can be carried out easily, the blood is absorbed into the blood-absorbent pad, thus will not soil the cup, keeping the entire cupping process hygienic.
UNIFORM INTERNAL DIAMETER FLUID DRAINAGE DEVICE AND SYSTEM
A uniform internal diameter drainage system is disclosed. The system comprises a drainage catheter with large French drains and an internal diameter that progressively expands to a uniform internal diameter of the system. The catheter comprises a receiving port in fluid-tight communication with an engaging port of a hub, which comprises a first end, second end and flush port. The second end engages the catheter and the internal diameter of the catheter and the second end are substantially uniform. The first end comprises a receiving port that engages an engaging port of a drainage line and internal diameter of the drainage line and the first end of the system of the present invention are substantially uniform. A flush valve is disposed between the first end and second end of the present system to flush fluids from the system as needed.
