The microneedle device comprises a substrate, microneedles disposed on the substrate, and a coating formed on the microneedles. The coating liquid comprises dexmedetomidine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, isoproterenol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a sulfated polysaccharide.
