The device comprises a contact surface which defines an application region in which a human body can be placed in the effective range of the energy. The device further comprises at least one means for outputting the energy directed substantially onto the application region, and at least one means for generating a vapour mixture comprising at least one cannabinoid. The device according to the invention also comprises at least one means for guiding the vapour mixture, which has an effective dose of at least one cannabinoid, into the surroundings of the breathing orifices of a human body. The present invention further relates to a method for operating such a device, and to the use of vapour mixtures comprising at least one cannabinoid in designated devices.
SAFETY MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PHOTOTHERAPY MACHINE
A safety monitoring and management system for phototherapy machine, comprising: a cabin, the inside space is enough to containing a user body, at least one infrared light source arranged inside the cabin, using the thermal radiation energy generated by the infrared light source to irradiate the human body inside the cabin; a peripheral console is set around the phototherapy machine; a monitoring and management platform arranged at a position far from the phototherapy machine and the peripheral console; an online data integration system receives the information uploaded by the peripheral console or the monitoring and management platform through the Internet, for the user to adjust the parameter of the infrared light therapy by himself.
Capsule with whole body LED photo-therapy
A personal therapy compartment includes a base of size to receive a human patient. The compartment includes a bed in the base said bed being made of a light transmissive material. An array of lights mounted is below the bed to transmit light onto a body supported on the bed. A control panel controls at least the wavelength, intensity and pulsation of the light.
Therapeutic device
The subject matter of the invention is a therapeutic device in the form of a cylindrical chamber which comprises a hyperbaric chamber, LED matrices (5) and inductive coil rings (10, 11, 12, 13), constructed in one inseparable set in the form of a chamber of 200-280 cm in length and diameter of the round cylinder (70-130 cm).
PHOTOTHERAPY DEVICE
In an exemplary embodiment, a phototherapy device capable of delivering natural sunlight to a subject is provided. The phototherapy device includes an incubator configured to hold a subject for treatment, a support for supporting the incubator, and an enclosure made from a flexible, transparent material connected to the incubator to create a space therein. The enclosure formed around the incubator allows visible sunlight to enter the enclosure in any direction for treating the subject while partially filtering ultraviolet (UV) and infrared radiation (IR) rays of the visible sunlight. The enclosure includes a first part made from a first material and a second part made from a second material different than the first material.
SKIN TANNING AND PHOTOTHERAPY SYSTEM AND APPARATUS
A tanning or a phototherapy system including a light source including light emitting elements configured to emit ultraviolet (UV) light having different peak wavelengths, a controller configured to control luminous characteristics of the light source, and a sensor configured to sense at least one of the luminous characteristics of the light source and a user's skin condition, in which the luminous characteristics of the light source are controlled by the controller based on the user's skin condition sensed by the sensor, and controlling the luminous characteristics comprises increasing or decreasing luminous intensity of one or more of the light emitting elements.
Method of treating multiple sclerosis
A method and computer program product for suppressing the symptoms of multiple sclerosis (MS) by irradiating a subject exhibiting the symptoms with a pre-determined dose of UV-containing light from a light source and detecting a suppression of the clinical symptoms of MS. In particular, the detected suppression of the clinical symptoms is disassociated from the vitamin D production within the subject.
Infrared sudation device
An infrared sudation device includes a support element (1) extending along a longitudinal axis (X) and a cover element (2a, 2b) of semicylindrical shape mounted on the support element (1) so as to delimit an internal volume extending in the longitudinal direction between the support element and the internal surface of the cover element. The internal surface of the cover element is covered at least in part with a heating layer (3a, 3b) able to emit far-infrared radiation in at least part of the internal volume. The infrared sudation device includes a housing of photocatalyst (4), permeable to the infrared radiation emitted, supporting a photocatalyst (5) and arranged in proximity to the internal face of the heating layer (3a, 3b) so as to allow the photocatalyst to be activated using the energy supplied by the infrared radiation emitted.
MULTI-FUNCTION THERAPEUTIC SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A multi-function therapeutic system comprising a housing having a top portion having a first radiation therapy unit mounted therein for generating and applying light energy to a person, a bottom portion including a hydrogen therapy unit for supplying hydrogen to the person, and an intermediate bed portion disposed between the top portion and bottom portion. The intermediate bed portion includes an electromagnetic therapy unit for generating and applying electromagnetic energy to the person. The system can also include a vibration therapy unit associated with one or more of the bottom portion and the intermediate bed portion for generating and applying vibrational energy to the person, and a control unit for controlling the first radiation therapy unit, the hydrogen therapy unit, the electromagnetic therapy unit, and the sound therapy unit.
Target heating method and system within a designated space
A heating system includes a sensing and tracking module to sense length in at least one dimension of an object to-be-heated in a previously determined area. A light source module has at least one light source that can change its lighting direction and can also change its beam angle e along the at least one dimension. A control module is provided for regulating light emitted by the light source module onto the to-be heated object along the at least one dimension to match with the length of the to-be-heated object based on the length sensed by the sensing and tracking module. The heating system described above and a bed incorporated having this kind of heating system may automatically adjust its output power according to the physical characteristics of the object to-be-heated to avoid heating unrelated object, area or space so as to ensure high energy efficiency.
