MULTI-PURPOSE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT
An apparatus includes a cuboid exercise weight and one or more wall mounts. The exercise weight may be utilized in a variety of workouts due to the various locations and angles of the handles. Further, the exercise weight may be attached to the one or more wall mounts allowing for the user to perform exercises from an elevated position.
DUMBBELL FACILITATING WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
A dumbbell facilitating weight adjustment is disclosed. The dumbbell includes a dumbbell rod assembly, multiple counterweight disks, and a base for placing the dumbbell rod assembly and the multiple counterweight disks. The dumbbell rod assembly includes a mandrel, fixed disks and gear rotating disks fixed on the left and right sides of the mandrel, positioning rings and multiple coupling flanges. Rotation interference devices for preventing a rotation of the mandrel are provided in the fixed disks. Unlocking devices for unlocking the rotation interference devices are provided on the base. The rotation interference devices include push rods arranged on front sides and rear sides of the positioning rings, pressing rods arranged on upper parts of the push rods and return springs arranged on upper parts of the pressing rods. The unlocking devices include push pillars arranged on the base and cooperating with the push rods.
Barbell weight plate securing strap
A weight plate securing strap having a stretchable strip with a first end, a second opposite end, a first side, a post on the first end, and a plurality of apertures near the second opposite end. A first gripping flap is positioned at the first end and a second gripping flap is positioned at the second opposite end. The gripping flaps are also positioned on the first side. The gripping flaps are constructed so that fingers and thumbs of a user remain on the first side of the strip as the user grips the gripping flaps, stretches the strip around the barbell, and inserts the post into the aperture. The use of the gripping flaps thereby prevents the fingers and thumbs of the user from interfering with the insertion of the post through the aperture. The strip wound and stretched around the barbell creates high resistance to movement of the strip along the length of the barbell. The strip can be made in one piece and entirely of rubber.
Travel exercise equipment assemblies
Example travel exercise equipment includes a barbell including a first end portion and a second end portion and a pair of yokes. Each yoke includes a base and a pair spaced-apart yoke arms extending from the base. The bases being adapted to be coupled to a corresponding end portion of the barbell. The travel exercise equipment includes a pair of containers having handles adapted to be carried by a corresponding yoke.
Kettlebell System
A kettlebell having a planar body. The kettlebell has a curved handle with an arched central portion connected to the body for gripping. A first edge and opposing second edge of the body positioned between two outward curved edges are linear and substantially parallel to form the body of the kettlebell with two opposing straight sides. A supplemental weight is removably engageable to increase an overall weight of the device.

Hinged dumbbell holder for a weight bench
The hinged dumbbell holder for a weight bench is configured for use with one or more dumbbells. The hinged dumbbell holder for a weight bench is configured for use with a stanchion of a weight bench. The hinged dumbbell holder for a weight bench attaches to the stanchion of the weight bench. The hinged dumbbell holder for a weight bench forms a supporting structure that elevates the one or more dumbbells above a supporting surface. The hinged dumbbell holder for a weight bench incorporates a mounting bracket, a dumbbell support structure, a hinge, and a rotation assist structure. The stanchion, the dumbbell support structure, the hinge, and the rotation assist structure attach to the mounting bracket. The dumbbell support structure physically receives and elevates the one or more dumbbells. The hinge and the rotation assist structure rotate the dumbbell support structure into a storage position.
Device for adapting exercise weights for use as grip plates
A grip apparatus for attachment to a weight plate is provided for enabling the weight plate to be used as a grip plate like those having integrally formed handles. The grip apparatus may include a grip handle, at least one adapter element, and at least one coupler. The grip handle may circumscribe at least a portion of the weight plate. The at least one adapter element may be coupled to the grip handle and may further be configured to adjustably extend therefrom. The at least one coupler may be coupled to each of the at least one adapter element proximate to a distal end thereof and may further be configured to selectively engage the weight plate. The at least one adapter element may comprise two adapter elements positioned so as to enable the at least one coupler to engage opposite sides of the weight plate.
