A method of playing a projectile throwing game, including defining two teams, wherein each team consists of at least two players, positioning first and second sets of goals a predetermined distance from one another to define a playing field, assigning one team to begin play as offense and the other team to begin play as defense, positioning a first offense team player to assault the first set of goals, positioning a second offense team player in the playing field, positioning a first defense team player in the playing field, positioning a second defense team player behind the first set of goals, initiating play with the first offense team player team tossing the projectile towards the second set of goals, scoring points, with each respective team alternating between defense and offense, and declaring a winner when one respective team has scored a predetermined number of points. Each respective goal is defined by a pole portion extending upwardly from ground and a hoop portion operationally connected to the pole portion and sized to accept the projectile therethrough. A turn is defined as both teams playing offense and defense, sequentially.

Embodiments of the invention provide a series of tensioning straps that are applied to the trampoline frame under tension. The tensioning straps serve to stiffen the trampoline frame which improves performance. The tensioning straps may be improved via the application of various sideways straps as well. The tensioning straps and the sideways straps may reside in channels or loops on the trampoline edge pad in order to further secure the edge pad in place.

An instructional device for an instructor to use with a student for downhill skiing is disclosed. In use, the instructor skis to the side and behind the student skier. A curved extension member is provided at the end of a shaft and is placed against the student skier's midsection to provide stability and balance for the student. Two student handles can be attached to the extension member. The student handles serve two purposes. The device can be easily converted for use either from the student's right side or left side, depending on the instructor's preference. Second, the student handles can be added as the student progresses to help correctly position the student's hands and develop good posture for the eventual use of ski poles. An instructor handle is located along the shaft. The instructor handle may be adjustable along the length of the shaft.

A lacrosse training ball that is made up of a shell that defines an enclosure having an interior volume is disclosed. The present disclosure provides a new and innovative system for sport design, tracking, and sharing. The system includes a set of wireless components in communication with a computing system. The computing system may include a graphical user interface, and at least in some instances, communicates over a network with an external system such as a social media platform. Through the graphical interface, a user may program rules to a sport into the wireless components. The user or users may perform the sport with the programmed wireless components, which analyze the actions performed according to the programmed rules. The analysis and other data collected by the wireless components may be reviewed by the users after playing the sport. Furthermore, the data collected and the rules programmed into the wireless components may be shared online to the external system for rating and ranking by an online community.
