Walking assist device
A walking assist device includes: a pair of right and left handles that are movable back and forth with respect to a frame in accordance with arm swing performed during walk of a user; rails on which the handles are provided and which limit movement of the handles in a movable range in accordance with arm swing performed during the walk of the user; a handle information acquisition unit that acquires information related to movement of the handles; and a control unit that controls a drive unit in accordance with the information from the handle information acquisition unit.
Linear Powered Input Device
A linear powered input device that utilizes linear input from a user and converts the linear input rotational energy to perform work. The linear input is generated by lever arms having a slotted attachment at a pivot point that allows a free end of the lever arms to move linearly rather than in an arcuate path. The lever arms are connected to a power transmission mechanism that wraps around one or more drive wheels having one-way bearings mounted on one or more output shafts. The output shafts can be connected to any type of auxiliary device to perform the desired work. Output wheels may be mounted on the output shafts and operatively connected by a transmission link that allows linear motion of any lever arm in any allowable direction to cause the output shaft to rotate in the same rotational direction so as to receive continuous input.
Resistance training system
A physical training system includes a belt having a belt attachment member and a first band attachment loop for an elastomeric belt. The belt attachment member is moveably positioned on the belt and at least partially encircles the belt. The belt attachment member comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion extending completely across a width of the belt on the outer side of the belt, and the second portion extending at least partially across the width of the belt on the inner side of the belt. The first band attachment loop is moveably connected to the belt attachment member. The elastomeric band extends through the first band attachment loop. A foot coupling includes at least one flexible strap and a second band attachment loop. The elastomeric band extends between the foot coupling and the belt attachment member.
Exercise device
An exercise device includes a strap. The strap includes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The strap is configured to be secured to a lower leg of a user such that the first surface of the strap interfaces with the lower leg of the user. The exercise device further includes a ball including an outer surface configured to be held by the user, a first connector extending from the ball, a second connector extending from the second surface of the strap, and a tension member. The tension member includes a first coupling mechanism and a second coupling mechanism at opposite ends thereof and configured to be releasably coupled to the first connector and the second connector via the first and second coupling mechanisms.
Climbing Machine
Disclosed is a climbing machine including a rotatable rotation shaft (501), a plurality of one-way components (502) capable of achieving one-way transmission, a plurality of transmission units (503) and a plurality of climbing points (300, 400), where the one-way components (502) are connected to the rotation shaft (501) in a sleeving manner, each transmission unit (503) is connected to one climbing point (300, 400), and each transmission unit (503) and the rotation shaft (501) form one-way transmission by means of being connected to one one-way component (502); in one rotating direction, the rotation shaft (501) and the transmission units (503) are capable of being in transmission, and the climbing points (300, 400) descend during transmission; and in the direction opposite to the rotating direction, transmission between the rotation shaft (501) and the transmission units (503) cannot be achieved. By using the climbing machine, a user can experience a vivid feeling of climbing upwards, thereby improving the climbing experience.
EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device includes a base member configured for engaging a mounting structure including a first surface and an oppositely arranged second surface. The first surface of the mounting structure faces towards the user and the second surface of the mounting structure is configured to engage the base member. A coupling system of the exercise device couples the base member to the mounting structure. An arm is pivotally coupled to the base member and is configured to pivot between a retracted position and an operational position. A resistance member is directly coupled to the arm and includes a control member configured to be manipulated by a portion of the user.
Exercise chair utilizing an adjustable resistance band system
An exercise chair includes a chair frame, and a base fixed with the chair frame that is adapted to support the exercise chair on a floor surface. The base and chair frame have a plurality of anchors projecting away therefrom. A cushion may cover at least a portion of the frame. Multiple resistance bands each have multiple longitudinal slots therethrough, each adapted for selective fixing with any of the anchor knobs or several attachable exercise devices. In use, with the person seated in the chair and the chair resting on the support surface, one or two of the resistance bands can be fixed with any of the anchor knobs, so that the person can exercise by pushing and/or pulling the at least one resistance band. Different types of attachments are included for exercising varying muscle groups.
Resistance exercise apparatus enabling concurrent multiple workout movements
A resistance exercise apparatus enabling multiple concurrent workout/exercise movements includes a pair of handles adapted to be gripped by the hands of a user, a pair of first couplers connected to the pair of handles, a second coupler, a pair of ankle bands being adjustable to grip lower legs of the user above the ankles, and a plurality of elastic cords made of flexible and stretchable material. Selected ones of the plurality of elastic cords connect to and extend between the pair of first couplers and the second coupler and also connect to and extend between the second coupler and the pair of ankle bands.
EXERCISE SYSTEM
According to one example, an exercise system includes a vertical housing, a first weighted touchpoint coupled to the vertical housing and configured to allow a user to exercise one or more muscles on a first side of the user, a first weight system coupled to the first weighted touchpoint, a second weighted touchpoint coupled to the vertical housing and configured to allow the user to exercise one or more muscles on a second side of the user, and a second weight system coupled to the second weighted touchpoint. The exercise system further includes a control system configured to cause the first weight system to automatically provide a first heavier weight to the first weighted touchpoint for a first exercise and further cause the second weight system to automatically provide a second lighter weight to the second weighted touchpoint for the first exercise.
Abdominal exercise device
An abdominal exercise device includes a frame comprising top, middle, and bottom frame sections. The middle frame section has a curved shape for creating a teeter-totter movement during exercise. The device includes a headrest connected to the bottom frame section, a plurality of connectors for connecting elastic bands to the frame, and an elastic band connected to at least two connectors. The two ends of the elastic band are connected to two straps. The device creates the teeter-totter movement to exercise the abdominal muscles in response to a person lying down in supine position with the back of the head on the headrest and the feet in the two straps, the person applying a downward pressure with the feet to the straps to move the headrest from a resting position, and the person removing the downward pressure to allow the headrest to go back to the resting position.
