Retractable Exercise Rack System
A retractable exercise rack system for efficiently securing an exercise rack against or near a wall when the exercise rack is not in use. The retractable exercise rack system may thus be adjustable between a retracted position against or near the wall, and an extended position which is distally-positioned with respect to the wall. The retractable exercise rack system generally includes a first support member a second support member, with an exercise bar connected between the support members. Wall mounts may be secured to the wall, with the first and second support members being adjustably connected to the wall mounts by linkages, scissor connectors, or arms. Latches and strikers may be utilized to releasably lock the support members in the extended and/or retracted positions. One or both of the support members may include a button for releasing the latches from the strikers.
Chin-up/pull-up exercise apparatus
A chin-up/pull-up exercise apparatus is disclosed. The exercise apparatus includes a frame, an overhead assist module, and a chin bar. The chin bar is connected to the frame. The overhead assist module includes a set of pulleys, a harness, and a counter-weight. The set of pulleys, which is connected to the frame, is positioned vertically above the chin bar. The counter-weight is connected to the harness via a cable traveling on the set of pulleys. The exercise machine enables real, full arm extension pull ups regardless of one's upper body strength with applications for physical therapy; physical exercise training; muscle, tendon, and joint rehabilitation; and upper and lower body strength building.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING PROGRAM
An information processing apparatus (100) according to the present application includes two or more force sensors (110) that each detect a force of two or more different fingers of a user, and a processing unit (122) that executes information processing related to measurement of forces of the two or more different fingers based on detection results detected by each of the two or more force sensors (110).
Sit up push up device
An exercise device that is specifically configured for use by persons having diabetic neuropathy or other foot pain issues is described. The exercise device comprises footrests for the left and right feet of the user that elevate the feet and support them in the ankle region to assist in the performance of exercises that may otherwise be too painful for the user to perform.
Walking assist device
A walking assist device includes: a pair of right and left handles that are movable back and forth with respect to a frame in accordance with arm swing performed during walk of a user; rails on which the handles are provided and which limit movement of the handles in a movable range in accordance with arm swing performed during the walk of the user; a handle information acquisition unit that acquires information related to movement of the handles; and a control unit that controls a drive unit in accordance with the information from the handle information acquisition unit.

Exercise machine connector
An exercise machine component comprises a cable connection base adapted to attach to an end of a cable, a chamber adapted to receive a key through an opening of the chamber, a biasing mechanism within the chamber, and a receiving groove within the chamber wherein the biasing mechanism biases the key against the receiving groove so that the key is securely fixed within the chamber.
Rowing machine exercise device
A rowing machine exercise device includes a vertically adjustable rear support base. The vertically adjustable rear support base includes an outer vertical support beam extending down from the rowing machine frame; an inner vertical support beam received in a telescoping manner within the outer support beam through the bottom of the outer support beam; a latch pin assembly mounted to the outer vertical support beam, where the latch pin assembly includes a latch pin biased to extend through the latch pin hole and any of the adjustment holes that are vertically aligned with the latch pin hole, and where the latch pin assembly includes an actuating tab that overcomes the bias to pull the latch pin from the vertically aligned adjustment hole when actuated; and a lift handle mounted to or part of the outer vertical support beam and/or the rowing machine frame.
