Apparatus and rules for playing a boules-style game. The apparatus may include one or more rigid gamepads on which balls can roll, each gamepad having a raised ridge around its periphery defining a base area, and shapes formed in the base area by raised ridges enclosing one or more additional distinct areas. The game may be played in an open area with one or more gamepads placed on the ground. Gameplay includes players rolling the balls onto the gamepad from a distance. Each gamepad may have a post affixed thereto extending vertically from the gamepad. A bonus ball may be balanced atop the post, subject to being dislodged and awarding bonus points. Points are awarded based on a predetermined point value of the base area, and higher predetermined point values of the areas defined by the raised ridges, and the final positions of the balls.

A portable game where balls are rolled over a ramp at targets. The game incorporates aspects of bocce ball with the additional challenge of a ramp and different types of targets. The game can roll up into an easily transportable package with all game pieces stored inside the roll. The roll can then be deployed to act as a portion of the game's playing surface in any suitable location. The game consists of balls, a runner, a ramp, and different forms of targets. The runner could be made of slats, fabric, or other materials that are flexible and can be rolled. The balls are similar to bocce balls but could be lighter or smaller for easy transport.

A portable game system including a target pins, a throwing ball having a deflated state and an inflated state, and two platform sections each formed of a base and a planar playing surface. An apparatus for a roll battle game comprises discs; disc bases, wherein each of the discs is disposed on each of the disc bases, and wherein each of the discs is relatively rotatable axially to each of the disc bases, and wherein a hole is formed; balls; and obstacles to impede the balls into the holes of the discs, wherein the obstacles are associated with the discs or the balls or both. A method of rolling battle game comprises steps of providing a roll battle game apparatus, introducing the plurality of players, directing players to either roll the ball to the hole or strike the ball of a previous player until all players roll the ball to stay in the hole; permitting players whose ball was struck by the other players to rotate the disc; the first player rolls to the base goal in the final iteration is the winner.

An apparatus for a roll battle game apparatus comprises three receptacles and a plurality of balls; and a method of rolling battle game comprising the steps of providing directing a plurality of players to roll the ball toward the third hole; directing the player to either to toss the ball toward the third hole or to strike the ball of next another player; directing the player to skip to the turn and leave the ball where it stays when the player misses the ball to strike; repeating the step of either rolling the ball toward the next hole or striking a ball of next another player until the remaining players all roll the ball into the next hole; the first one to roll balls into the base goal is the winner.

Disclosed herein is a portable outdoor game kit that includes (a) a portable carrying case; (b) a boundary configured to be positioned on a ground surface and formed into a predetermined shape; (c) a plurality of targets configured to be positioned within the boundary when the boundary is positioned on the ground surface and formed into the predetermined shape; (d) a plurality of offensive implements configured for throwing towards and/or into at least one of the plurality of targets while the game kit is in use; and (e) a plurality of blocking implements configured to block or impede movement of the offensive implements towards the plurality of targets while the game kit is in use. Also disclosed herein is a method of playing a game with the disclosed portable outdoor game kit.

A game device for converting a container into a game figure to simulate an interactive game includes a container cover, a sensor, and a transmitter. The container cover is removably attached to the container and has the shape of the game figure. The sensor is disposed relative to the container cover and is configured to (i) detect interaction of a game object with at least one of the container and the container cover and (ii) generate a signal in response to the detection. The transmitter is configured to receive the signal from the sensor, and to wirelessly transmit the signal to at least one sensory feedback device to provide sensory feedback to a user. A game system includes the game device, a wirelessly connected sensory feedback device, a computer, and software executing on the computer.
