The invention refers to the equipment of the training rink for floorball, manufacturing of exerciser structural element, applying concept of tennis racket stringing. Proposed design of subsidiary element for floorball rink arrangement characterised with that it is made as latticework formed by: two parallel end plates; several threaded rods as stiffening members; two elastic string structures disposed in two parallel planes, at that each of it presents one side of mentioned latticework and provided with: —holes for fastening threaded rods which assure rigidity and load bearing capacity of the subsidiary element frame structure; —holes for criss-cross stringing in two parallel planes and string fastening at mentioned end plates independently one from another.

An underwater training apparatus is disclosed. The underwater training apparatus may include a barrel. The barrel may contain a plurality of holes disposed across the barrel. Each of the holes of the barrel may pass through a wall of the barrel. The underwater training apparatus may also include a base funnel. The base funnel may contain a plurality of holes disposed across the base funnel. Each of the holes of the base funnel may pass through a wall of the base funnel. The underwater training apparatus may also include a handle. The handle may mechanically couple the barrel and the base funnel.

A method of operating an electronic basketball scoreboard apparatus is disclosed. The method includes receiving a game parameter; operating a basketball game based upon the received game parameter; receiving a first indication of a ball passing through a first basketball hoop; receiving a second indication of a ball passing through a second basketball hoop; determining a first score of the basketball game based on the first indication from the first score sensor; determining a second score of the basketball game based on the second indication from the second score sensor; recording video of the basketball game; transmitting the recorded video; and transmitting the first score and the second score.

A method is provided for preventing back injuries related to sport motions or swings that includes setting an attachment height of a distal end of an elastic of a warmup and training device, the attachment height set to define an angle α backwards from vertical above center of a practice motion specific to a sport to be practiced, attaching a handle to a proximal end of the elastic where a type of the handle corresponds to the sporting activity to be performed, performing the practice motion while holding the handle and stretching the elastic, and returning to the beginning of the practice motion to repeat the activity.

A method of customizing a golf club, wherein the method includes generating operating data representative of a user operating a mechanical device. The operating data is generated by a first sensor sized and configured to be removably positioned in a mounting port formed on the mechanical device during operation of the mechanical device. The sensor is interchangeably positionable in the mounting port with at least one mass insert, the at least one mass insert being adapted to be interchangeably positioned in the mounting to provide at least two different mass configurations. The method further includes determining a recommended configuration of the at least one mass insert specific to the user based on the operating data generated by the sensor, and transmitting information representative of the recommended mass insert.

This disclosure relates to a ball comprising a core and a porous structure encompassing the core. The porous structure comprises a plurality of perforations in its outer surface, which are connected with a plurality of hollow confined spaces within the porous structure allowing a liquid to be at least partly absorbed by the hollow confined spaces upon contact of the ball with the liquid. A shell with shell perforations encompasses the porous structure. The ball comprises control means for controlling the absorption of liquid by the ball and the release of absorbed liquid from the ball.

An illuminated hockey puck assembly includes a housing having an outer surface including a top side, a bottom side, and a perimeter edge extending between the top and bottom sides. The illuminated hockey puck assembly has a weight, a shape, and a size comparable to a hockey puck. A lighting system is mounted within the interior and is encapsulated by the outer surface such that the lighting system is immobilized in the housing. A shin guard for a hockey player includes a knee portion having a knee cap adapted to cover a knee of the hockey player, and a shin portion located below the knee portion and extending from a lower end adapted to be proximate a foot of the hockey player toward the knee cap to cover a shin of the hockey player. The shin portion includes a shin cap having an outer side facing away from the shin and an inner side facing toward the shin, a main padded liner overlapping at least a portion of the inner side of the shin cap, and a shin comfort liner mounted internally of the main padded liner. The shin comfort liner is movable relative to the shin cap between first and second positions, the shin comfort liner moving away from the knee cap from the first position to the second position.
