A boxing training accessory comprises a hand held punching pad with an image of a human face that has a small boxing bag hanging from a lower part of it, representing a human chin/jaw. The accessory provides a more specific target for a user to practice striking techniques and striking combinations while also providing a more realistic look and feel. The training accessory is useful across a range of combat sports including boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, karate, taekwondo, MMA and others.

A multi-gym apparatus comprises a frame, the frame having an upright structure and a bar assembly mounted movably on the upright structure between selected positions on the upright members. The bar assembly includes an elongate bar and a bracket attached to the elongate bar, the bracket being shaped and dimensioned to abut against at least one side of the upright structure. The bracket receives a locking means which is movable between a first position in which the locking means is engaged with upright structure thereby locking the bar in a selected position relative to the upright structure and a second position in which the locking means is clear of the upright structure thereby providing for movement of the bar relative to the upright structure. The training bag attachment provides a human head analog target representation, flexible resistant to impact. The target head bag extends from a resilient adjustable mounting assembly which is selectively secured to the bag's target. An attachment kit for a heavy bag includes a securing strap having a length between a first end and a second end and a securing mechanism configured to retain the securing strap about a perimeter of the heavy bag. The kit includes a plurality of connecting straps, each of the plurality of connecting straps comprising a length between a first connecting end and a second connecting end, wherein the first connecting end is configured to be positioned about the securing strap. The kit includes a tether having a top end and a bottom end, the top end configured to couple to each of the second connecting ends of the plurality of connecting straps and a bottom end is configured to couple to an anchor, wherein when the securing strap is secured about a perimeter of the heavy bag and the tether is secured to the anchor, movement of a lower end of the heavy bag is limited.

An attachment kit for a heavy bag includes a securing strap having a length between a first end and a second end and a securing mechanism that retains the securing strap about a perimeter of the heavy bag. The kit includes a plurality of connecting straps, each of the plurality of connecting straps having a length between a first connecting end and a second connecting end, wherein the first connecting end is positioned about the securing strap. The kit includes a tether having a top end and a bottom end, the top end couples to each of the second connecting ends of the plurality of connecting straps and a bottom end is couples to an anchor. When the securing strap is secured about a perimeter of the heavy bag and the tether is secured to the anchor, movement of a lower end of the heavy bag is limited.
