Tackling apparatus
An apparatus includes a rolling mechanism and a pulley device. The rolling mechanism is connected to a cable and configured to traverse the cable from a first end of the cable toward a second end of the cable, the cable being attached to and extending between a pair of support members. The pulley device is removably coupled to the rolling mechanism and attached to a tackling bag, the tackling bag being configured to be tackled when propelled from the one of the pair of support members toward the other of the pair of support members. The pulley device is separated from the cable when the tackling bag is propelled from the one of the pair of support members toward the other of the pair of support members.

Posable training aid

The training aid may be formed of one or more separable and distinct portions including a head module, a torso module and a leg module, and combinations thereof. The head module and/or leg module may be releasably coupled to the torso module by interchangeable mounting arrangements. Appendages of the training aid may be posable, at least within a set range of motion, within any of a potentially infinite number of orientations. Methods of using such a training aid also are disclosed.

TRAINING SYSTEM
Disclosed is a training system. The training system may include a base, a plurality of gussets, a support frame, a plurality of connectors, and a plurality of locking pins. The plurality of gussets may define a plurality of adjustment holes. The support frame may include first and second support members and a crossbar. The first and second support members may be connected to the base via the plurality of gussets. The plurality of connectors may be distributed about the base and along the crossbar. The plurality of locking pins may be sized to fit the plurality of adjustment holes to lock the support frame in one of a plurality of angled positions relative to the base.
WHOLE BODY-SHAPED STRIKING DUMMY INCLUDING JOINTS
Proposed is a whole body-shaped striking dummy including joints. In the whole body-shaped striking dummy, a human-sized manikin is realized using elastic joints including an elastic neck joint, an elastic waist joint, and elastic thigh joints. The manikin is configured to be supported on a floor using a rear support pivotably provided on the rear end of the manikin. The elastic joints of the manikin have reliable ranges of elastic movement in front-rear and right-left directions. Accordingly, the whole body-shaped striking dummy is used in martial arts training, such as Taekwondo, in the same manner as a real human body, thereby improving the efficiency of striking training.
