Alignment Aid
The invention relates to an alignment aid (10) for golfers which provides a reference means for ensuring optimal positioning of the feet, relative both to each other and a golf ball, for a given club selection. The alignment aid comprises a foot-positioning rail (12); a ball-positioning rail (14); and linking arms (16a, 16b, 18a, 18b). The linking arms are pivotably coupled to the respective rails (12, 14) so as to interconnect them and maintain them in a selected spaced apart, substantially parallel alignment. The alignment aid is adjustable between: (i) a fully expanded condition (FIG. 1) in which the spacing of the respective rails is maximised; (ii) a partially collapsed condition (FIG. 2) in which the spacing of the respective rails is reduced relative to the fully expanded condition; and (iii) a fully collapsed condition (FIG. 3) in which the respective rails and linking arms are arranged in a fully overlapped configuration for storage and/or transport.
GOLF TRAINING AID
A golf training aid comprising a flexible arm band adapted to releasably fasten, a flexible strip having a first end and a second end and at the first end and the second end a closed loop is formed, wherein at substantially the midpoint of the flexible strip is attached to the flexible arm band, a first band detachably attached to the flexible strip through the closed loop at the first end, a second band is detachably attached to the flexible strip through the closed loop at the second end, and a securing mechanism attached to the second end of the first band and the second end of the second end by the detachable connects, and the securing mechanism is designed to secure to a golfer's clothing.
MULTI-USE GOLFING AID
A golfing aid includes a connector portion, a first leg and a second leg. Each leg has a first end connected to the connector portion and at least one of the first and the second leg being pivotable about the connector portion. The connector portion includes predetermined positions for arranging the first leg and the second leg. The predetermined positions include a first pivot position, a second pivot position and a third pivot position.
APPARATUS AND METHOD OF INDICATING A STANCE FOR A GOLFER
An apparatus is provided for indicating a golf stance. The apparatus includes foot markers configured to provide an indication of where on the ground the golfer should place his feet and a reference grid arranged on the ground in a predetermined relationship relative to the foot markers, the reference grid including a plurality of points arranged in labelled rows and columns, thereby to identify each point in the reference grid. The apparatus has a golf club attachment including an attachment formation for attachment to a shaft of a golf club and an aiming aperture or reticule, wherein the golfer is able to align his eye with one of the points on the reference grid using or through the aiming aperture. The apparatus further has a ball marker and a support stand which supports the ball marker at an elevated position above the ground where the ball is intended to be placed, wherein the golfer is able to align his eye with the ball when placed on the ground using the ball marker. In use, (1) placement of the golfer's feet, (2) alignment of the golfer's eye (and accordingly head) with one of the points on the grid and the golf club using the aiming aperture, and (3) aligning the golfer's eye (and accordingly head) with the ball using the ball marker causes a desired or predictable stance of the golfer.
Golf swing plane training aid device
The present disclosure relates to a portable golf swing plane training device having a base support, alignment rods, and a golf club insert member for receiving a golf club. The golf club, when applied to the golf club insert member, acts as a weight and support member to stabilize and firmly hold the portable golf swing plane training device to a golf playing surface.
GOLF SWING TRAINING APPARATUS
Embodiments may include a golf swing training apparatus. The golf swing training apparatus may include a mount operable to couple with a fixed object. The golf swing training apparatus may include a mounting collar operable to couple with the mount. The golf swing training apparatus may include an arm operable to be pivotally coupled with the mounting collar. The golf swing training apparatus may include a clamp pivotally coupled with the arm, wherein the clamp is operable to be clamped about a shaft.
Golf Training Aid
A golf training aid is disclosed for use with alignment sticks. The golf training aid includes an elongate member with a longitudinal axis and a first and second set of holes. The first set of holes is space apart farther than the second set. The elongate ember also has a target alignment hole positioned in between the first and second set of holes. All the holes are constructed to receive and hold an alignment stick. The golf training aid has least two configurations: a wide hitting box configuration and a narrow box configuration.
Golf Training Apparatus
Provided is a golf training apparatus that helps a golfer learn a swing with trunk rotation and limited excessive arm movement, which includes an attachment member configured to be detachably attached to a pants belt loop on the front and right side of a user's waist, a case to which the attachment member is fixed, and first and second pads attached to the case via first and second string-like members, respectively. A force in a direction of winding up the first string-like member inside the case is constantly applied on the first string-like member, and the same applies to the second string-like member. The user executes a practice swing with the first and second pad sandwiched under the armpits. If the user opens an armpit, the first or second pad is pulled by the first or second string-like member and then returns to a region near the case.
System and method for a golf putting training aid apparatus
Various embodiments for a golf putting training aid having a first stake coupled to a second stake by an upper alignment string and a lower alignment string that collectively establish parallel reference putting lines when the first and second stakes are deployed around a putting surface to train a golfer to properly align their eyes when executing a putt are disclosed.
