TRAINING AND STIMULATION DEVICE
A device (2) for training and stimulation of dogs or children, which device (2) comprises a number of elements (6, 6′, 8, 8′, 74, 76, 78, 80, 88, 88′, 90, 90′) configured to be locked and thereby fix and at least partly hide a number of tidbits (4, 4′, 4″, 4″), wherein the device (2) has activation members (12, 12′, 12″, 12′″, 14, 16, 26) for opening/detachment of the elements (6, 6′, 8, 8′, 74, 76, 78, 80, 88, 88′, 90, 90′). The elements (6, 6′, 8, 8′, 74, 76, 78, 80, 88, 88′, 90, 90′) prevent one or more of the other elements (6, 6′, 8, 8′, 74, 76, 78, 80, 88, 88′, 90, 90′) from being opened/detached in such a manner that a first element (8′) is required to be opened/detached in order to open/detach another element (8).
Searching Game System
A searching games system comprised Bluetooth hidden object, mobile device and cloud server. Mobile device can locate the hidden object by Bluetooth low energy technology, plus GPS and algorithms. The location of hidden object is visualized on the mobile device. The hidden object information can also be shared through network to other players who want to join the searching game. In this manner, the game can be played in backyard, playground, in house or open area, e.g. park, like a championship.
GAME OF CHANCE, THINKING AND STRATEGY
Games requiring thinking and strategy are provided with concealable cards or game pieces, physical or virtual, which can be played on a game board which may be a square or rectangular grid or other shape. Together the cards or game pieces are a collection of sets and there may be more spaces on the game board than there are cards or game pieces in the collection. The cards may be a subset of a regular deck of cards, such as five sets of four cards of the same value, each of different suits, wherein these 20 cards are to be played on a 5×5 game board so that there are 5 extra spaces that will be empty after all cards are played. Cards may be played one at a time or grouped and some may be concealed before being played, with the order of concealed and revealed varying. A player aims to place the cards or game pieces to form combinations such as four of a kind in value in either rows or columns to score points. Other combinations may be played for such as three of a kind, flushes, full houses etc. and these may be obtained in different directions on the board. Points are tallied at the end when all cards or game pieces have been played, and prizes may be awarded for points scored after one or more games. Games may be played by one or more players, and the rules may incentivize two or more players to collaborate or compete. Wild card and jokers may be included at various stage of play.
Memory tic tac toe
A more challenging tic-tac-toe game is described. This game makes use of an apparatus comprising a grid of openings configured to receive multi-sided playing pieces that each have a symbol on one side that once the playing pieces are inserted into the grid openings with the symbol not visible to the players, each player must memorize their moves to successfully place symbol playing pieces adjacently in a row or obtain tic-tac-toe. This game can be played in several different modes, including electronic versions, with varying complexity. In this game, each move, of each player, is hidden from view once a move has been made and when a player believes they have formed tic-tac-toe, the game apparatus reveals the moves and whether a player has successfully formed tic-tac-toe or not. The methods of play combined with a game assembly that can shield moves from each player but also reveal past moves at the end of play or at other appropriate times provides a challenging game that utilizes a combination of strategic thinking and memory.
UNCONVENTIONAL VARIATION ON GAME OF CHESS
A board game roughly similar to chess, but having unconventional game elements, is shown and described. The identities of all playing pieces except a king are initially concealed, and revealed after making an initial move. The initial move is predetermined, and changes if the revealed identity differs from a corresponding pre-assigned identity. Move characteristics of the playing pieces are varied in most cases from their counterparts in conventional chess. The king may not leave a certain area of the board, and is not permitted to face an opposed king without presence of an intervening playing piece. A new playing piece with unique move requirements is introduced.
SEQUENTIALLY ORDERED GAMING SYSTEM FOR SOLVING A MYSTERY
A sequentially ordered gaming system, kit, or method that allows users to solve a mystery is disclosed, comprising a first objective and a physical package with evidence that enables a user to complete the first objective. A first envelope or other enclosure has a second objective and additional evidence necessary for completion of the second objective, and a second enclosure has a third objective and additional evidence necessary for completion of the third objective. A remote confirmation source is accessed by the user to input specific evidence-related information to determine completion of the objectives and to receive hints. Completion of the first, second, and third objectives in order solves the mystery. The enclosures are typically physical enclosures that are sealed to keep their evidence concealed until use. A final enclosure tells the story of the solved mystery. Evidence includes a combination of a wide variety of materials.
TOY SYSTEM WITH NESTING REPLICAS
A children's play toy includes an openable replica, a play compound within the replica, and one or more additional replicas nested within the openable replica. The additional replicas partially adhere to at least a portion of the play compound. For example, an oyster replica includes a play compound forming the mantle of the oyster and a second oyster which must be dug out of the mantle with a shovel or sword replica. The second oyster can have collectable pearl(s) contained therein. The pearls can then be assembled onto a customizable necklace and/or bracelet. The play compound which makes up the mantle can be independently played with. Children can use the toy to play with other children and to engage social media. The toy can be heat sealed to prevent the play compound from substantially moving or deteriorating before use.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HOLIDAY TOY
A capsule used for a holiday event is a spherical shaped capsule with a specialized pattern formed on its exterior surfaces. The capsule may be made of plastic and the specialized patterning may be a matzo pattern. A method for using the capsule can be to hide the capsule during a holiday meal or throughout the holiday as part of a game. Prizes can be placed within the capsule having a matzo pattern.
BOARD GAME
A method of playing a board game includes a game board arranged as a grid. The board is set up before play where certain playing squares include respective first or second uniform indicia such that respective numbered tiles with matching uniform indicia may be randomly placed on the certain playing squares. Players may then perform a series turns placing tiles having a third indicia on the board in a single straight line using at least one of the numbered tiles already placed on the board. The tiles must create one or more linear sequences wherein the sum of the numbered tiles within each linear sequence equals a predetermined value. Points are awarded to the player based at least in part on the number of linear sequences created during the turn. The winner may be the player with the highest total awarded points at the end of the game.
Modified Chess Game
Apparatus and method of a variation of the game of chess are shown and described. The playing board is conventional. Playing pieces have two exposable faces including an initial face concealing identity of that playing piece, and a subsequently exposed face identifying identity of that playing piece. Initially, all playing pieces occupy conventional starting positions on the board, but with the face concealing identity visible to the players. The king is an exception, and is identified and placed in the conventional position for a king. Initial moves by each playing piece have move characteristics of that playing piece which conventionally occupies its space on the board. Upon completion of a first move, the face identifying identity of the playing piece is exposed. Moves subsequent to the initial moves have move characteristics of playing pieces identified by exposing the identity. The game may then be played according to conventional rules.
