THROWING GAME KIT AND RELATED METHODS
The disclosure concerns a collapsibly foldable throwing game kit for convenient storage and portability. The throwing game kit is configured for use indoors and outdoors, and includes a game grid having a plurality of grid receptacles, one or more throwing projectiles, a set of game cards, and score cards. The throwing game kit optionally includes a dowel for elevating one side of the game grid for orienting the game grid at an angle about a surface on which the game grid is placed. Related methods for playing various games using the throwing game kit are also described.
Memory tic tac toe
A more challenging tic-tac-toe game is described. This game makes use of an apparatus comprising a grid of openings configured to receive multi-sided playing pieces that each have a symbol on one side that once the playing pieces are inserted into the grid openings with the symbol not visible to the players, each player must memorize their moves to successfully place symbol playing pieces adjacently in a row or obtain tic-tac-toe. This game can be played in several different modes, including electronic versions, with varying complexity. In this game, each move, of each player, is hidden from view once a move has been made and when a player believes they have formed tic-tac-toe, the game apparatus reveals the moves and whether a player has successfully formed tic-tac-toe or not. The methods of play combined with a game assembly that can shield moves from each player but also reveal past moves at the end of play or at other appropriate times provides a challenging game that utilizes a combination of strategic thinking and memory.
Methods, Devices, and Kits for Emergent Pattern Games and Activities for Individuals, Collaborators, and Teams
This invention provides methods for playing an emergent pattern game including motifs without much symmetry except for motifs with mostly parallel shapes, playing the motifs to make one or more clusters, playing motifs to continue patterns and change or block patterns. Methods may also include assessing or predicting personality traits. Motifs may be further constrained with various geometric requirements. Play may involve players giving each other directions, interacting with each other's motifs and drawing cards that impact play. One player may play alone or several may play together. This invention provides specialized motifs for playing the games of this invention. Motifs may be designs on paper, on tiles, configured as stamps, or other configurations. This invention also provides kits of motifs, instructions, and a deck of cards with directions for styles of play.
Interactive crafting electronic toy system
A crafting system for guiding a user in creating a craft, includes a crafting challenge repository storing a plurality of crafting challenges. The challenges each include instructions for creating a specific craft. A display surface can display the crafting challenges thereon. A controller includes instructions to receive a selection of a selected crafting challenge to be displayed on the display surface, and instructions to prepare a selected challenge for display on the display surface and to provide the prepared challenge to the display surface for display thereon. The controller is accommodated in a housing. At least one at least partially transparent crafting surface, may be removably mounted above the display surface such that when instructions of the prepared challenge are displayed on the display surface, the instructions are visible to the user through the crafting surface.
Pattern Building and Matching Card Game
An illustrative pattern building and matching card game is described herein. The card game may include a first deck of cards including build cards each illustrating a single graphical element selected from a set of graphical elements, a second deck of cards including pattern cards each illustrating a pattern of multiple graphical elements selected from the set of graphical elements, and game instructions indicating that a number of the build cards and a number of the pattern cards be dealt to each of multiple players, and the players, in turn, play one or more of their build cards attempting to form, in a collaborative build space, patterns illustrated by their pattern cards.
Dynamic memory game
This memory game is made more exciting and challenging by using plurality of matching pairs of cards or 3-D objects inside stack-able boxes with lids. Boxes are arranged in plurality of stacks. Open lids of two boxes to find a match. Except for top box in a stack, to open a box: lift boxes on top of it and place them on top of another stack first. This process relocates boxes dynamically during play. After collecting matching objects from two open boxes: this game provides options to keep none, some, or all empty boxes in play. Empty boxes left in play also get relocated during play adding more challenge.
Multi-layer toy
A multi-layer toy having at least one outer layer adjacent a planar layer or a ball where both the outer layer and the adjacent planar layer or ball each contain related information such that, in play, the information on the outer layer is made to align with the related information on the adjacent planar layer or ball. The information can comprise depictions of objects, things, characters, animals, or words, for a matching game, or the information can comprise numbers for a counting or mental math game. The toy is preferably sized to be hand-held.

Memory Card Game
The invention is a method of playing a memory card game that requires providing a deck of cards that comprise pairs of matching cards. The pairs of matching cards may include a privilege and/or handicap that have special effects. The game can include shuffling the cards and arranging them face side down in an arrangement. A player's turn involves selecting two cards from the arrangement to search for a pair of matching cards. If selected cards form a pair of matching cards, the player removes the pair, adds them to their card collection and gets another turn. If the two cards selected do not form a pair of matching cards, the player returns the cards to the arrangement and their turn concludes. The turns continue until all the cards have been removed. After all the cards are gone, the player with the most cards wins.
Memory Stimulation Device and Method of Use
A memory stimulation device and a method of using the same, the memory stimulation device may be based around forming one or more recognizable codes such as postal codes. The memory stimulation device may include a card with more than one defined area including a first area with a perforated matrix. The perforated matrix may define a plurality of sections. The sections may each include a letter, which may be a single letter from the English alphabet, and a number, which may be a natural number, displayed on a first surface of each section. An instruction area may be provided adjacent to the first area and may include a graphic of itemized instructions on how to use the memory stimulation device. An advertizing area may be provided adjacent to the instruction area. The advertizing area may include a printable area on which advertizing space may be used.
