Methods and apparatus are described for preserving and improving board games by changing the game board from a passive cardboard board to a dynamic computer controlled board while keeping the other tangible parts of the game unchanged—dice, game pieces, etc. The inherent values of board games are preserved, while improving the attractiveness of board games by using computing systems and advanced technologies.

Arithmetic Game
20230158396 · 2023-05-25 ·

An arithmetic game is played by selecting a target value that is an integer between 1 and 9. A field of initial integers is selected and subsequent fields of integers are generated by strategically selecting and combining integers from the field of initial integers or from another subsequent field of integers. At least one combined integer or at least one operated integer is added to, subtracted from, multiplied by, or divided by at least one other combined integer or at least one other operated integer to produce at least one sum, difference, product, or quotient that is a calculated integer. Subsequent fields of integers are created until a target field is created with no carried integers and the remaining calculated or combined integers are added, subtracted, multiplied, or divided to produce a sum, difference, product, or quotient that is the target value.

Method and system for an interactive group-specific player board game

A magnetic sudoku board has a housing, a closeable lid and an inner playing surface. The inner playing surface having gridlines to form the magnetic sudoku board. An assortment of magnetic playing pieces includes a large set and small set. To distinguish between the numbers, 1-9, the assortment of magnetic playing pieces has a certain color that corresponds to a specific number. Accordingly, the same number in both the large set and the small set have coordinating colors. These colors visually assist the player so that the same numbers are not repeated in each column, row, and 3×3 grid box.

A circular logic puzzle The “CIRCULAR” puzzle has similarities to Sudoku and Latin squares in problem solving, and in this new circular format the many different varieties of game play and playing surfaces can be produced gives many new challenges and perspectives for those who enjoy solving logic puzzles.

MEANINGFUL COMBINATION GENERATING LOGIC CUBE
20220032171 · 2022-02-03 ·

A logic cube for teaching, learning, entertainment and motivation is presented. The logic cube has indicia arranged in well-defined orientations including radial symmetry, pairing pattern and triple logic. The pairing pattern helps to generate meaningful combinations for applications involving sets of two (2). The triple logic helps to generate meaningful combinations for applications involving sets of three (3). Radial symmetry helps generate meaningful combinations involving a greater number of indicia. Applying the exclusion logic helps to avoid meaningless or undesirable combinations and ambigrams help to include indicia which can be read in multiple orientations. The invention of logic cube provides a new function which can be applied to numerous areas such as science, arts, food, fashion, motivation and general education and it provides a novel experience as compared to prior art. The invention of logic cube could be applied to other geometric shapes such as tetrahedron (Pyraminx®) and dodecahedron (Megaminx®) and sizes other than 3×3×3.

A game apparatus comprises a set of fifteen dual-sided playing pieces, a pair of dice, a stock tray, and at least two collector trays. Each of the dual-sided playing pieces has a first face comprising an indicia selected from a plurality of indicia and a second face, opposite the first face, comprising another indicia selected from the plurality of indicia. Each die comprises a number of facets corresponding to the number of indicia in the plurality of indicia. The stock tray is configured to hold a predetermined number of the dual-sided playing pieces that are available for play. Each of the at least two collector trays are configured to hold a predetermined number of the dual-sided playing pieces that are no longer available for play.
