Method, apparatus and computer program for providing game
According to an aspect of the disclosure, a game providing method is provided. The game providing method includes: displaying a game interface comprising a plurality of tiles and a plurality of blocks respectively arranged on the plurality of tiles; changing an arrangement of the plurality of blocks on the plurality of tiles by identifying at least three blocks which satisfy a predetermined condition based on a user interaction; displaying a first graphic representation regarding the at least three blocks; and displaying a second graphic representation regarding at least three tiles respectively corresponding to the at least three blocks based on types of the at least three tiles.
Permutation game
Among other things, in general, a permutation puzzle game is provided whose object is to arrange a set of tiles in a prescribed arrangement, starting from an initial arrangement or a series of initial arrangements, using permitted game moves. Such a puzzle game can be played using physical tiles, or virtually upon a computer. Methods, systems, and computer-readable media related to permutation puzzle games are also provided.
CONTROLLING A USER INTERFACE
A computer device has a user interface which presents a gameboard to a user and detects user input when a user engages with a user selectable game element of the game board. A processor receives a detected user input and detects a qualifying match game condition. The matched elements are removed and new user selectable game elements are provided to replenish the gameboard. The present disclosure provides an activation mode to selectively activate a segment of the gameboard, the segment comprising a subset of gameboard tiles. On detection of a qualifying match game condition, if any of the tiles supporting the user selectable game elements of the match belong to the activated segment, a booster game element is generated.
Configurable devices
A smart block can include a plurality of displays and configurable magnet components to selectively attract or repel other smart blocks. The smart block can include proximity sensors to identify a surface of another smart block close to the smart block to determine if the smart blocks are correctly oriented based on an application or game associated with the operation of the smart blocks. A plurality of smart blocks can be configured to display a portion of a picture (as a puzzle), such that when the smart blocks are oriented correctly they collectively display the complete picture. The smart blocks can be used in conjunction with a smart mat that is configured to move the smart blocks in response to commands received from a remote computing device. The smart blocks and the smart mat can facilitate interactivity with other, remote users, such as between a caregiver and a child.
COLLABORATIVE IMAGE SYNTHESIS FROM THREE DIMENSIONAL CUBES
A method of gradually revealing an image using cube puzzles is provided. A first image is divided into a plurality of blocks. Each block can have one or more arbitrary colors. A second image is then generated from the first image where each block of the second image corresponds to one or more blocks of the first image. The blocks of the second image are unicolor blocks with colors that are selected from one of the six colors of a cube puzzle. Groups of adjacent blocks of the second image with the same number of rows and columns as the sides of the cube puzzles are assigned to participants to match to the color of the blocks on the sides of their cube puzzles. Once each participant matches the colors of an assigned region on a side of the corresponding cube puzzle, the matched region is reveled to all participants.
PUZZLE COMPONENT POSITION DETERMINATION SYSTEM
A three-dimensional puzzle has a monitoring puzzle piece and multiple monitored puzzle pieces. For puzzle pattern determination, the monitoring puzzle piece is equipped with sensors, a processor, a wireless transceiver, and optionally a gyroscope sensor. The monitored puzzle pieces are rotatably connected to each other and to the monitoring puzzle piece to form the puzzle. The sensors, together with the processor or alternatively with an external client, track the monitored puzzle piece rotating relative to the monitoring puzzle piece. The external client may provide feedback to a user of the puzzle. The system enables the competitions between the user and users of other puzzles without requiring the physical proximity of the competitors.
Method of puzzle game and game system using the method
A method for providing a puzzle game performed by a game server connected to a user terminal via a network includes the steps of: performing a user login process in response to receiving login information from the user terminal; and executing the puzzle game on the user terminal in response to receiving a game execution signal from the user terminal. Game action is performed in conjunction with player object groups if it is determined that a puzzle block elimination condition is satisfied according to a cumulative result of eliminating the puzzle blocks.
ELECTRONIC GAMING DEVICE
Presented herein is an electronic gaming device comprising a first axle with a first center cubelet rotatably coupled to the first axle, a first sensor operatively coupled to the first axle to detect rotation of the first cubelet, and responsive to detecting rotation of the first cubelet, transmit a first signal, a second axle with a second center cubelet rotatably coupled to the second axle, a second sensor operatively coupled to the second axle to detect rotation of the second cubelet, and responsive to detecting rotation of the second cubelet, transmit a second signal, a third axle with a third center cubelet rotatably coupled to the third axle, a third sensor operatively coupled to the third axle to detect rotation of the third cubelet, and responsive to detecting rotation of the third cubelet, transmit a third signal, a plurality of interchangeable cubelets positioned about the first, second, and third axle such that mechanical rotation of a set of the interchangeable cubelets having a common plane causes one of the first, second, and third sensors to transmit one of the first, second, and third signals, storage for storing a position of each of the plurality of interchangeable cubelets, and a processor configured to receive signals from one of the first, second, and third sensors, determine changes in the position of the some of the cubelets, and write the changed positions for the some of the cubelets in the storage.
Puzzle teaching system
A map system is provided whereby a plurality of individual puzzle pieces have a first upper planar surface and a second lower planar surface and are arranged in either a first unassembled configuration or a second assembled configuration to form a complete map, whereby at least one of complementary magnet pairs, complementary electronic sensors, complementary printed indicia, or combinations thereof are positioned on said lower planar surface for assembling into the assembled configuration.
RECORDING MEDIUM AND GAME CONTROL METHOD
A game control method realizes an electronic game that proceeds as a result of objects being arranged in a game field. The method comprises: arranging an object; determining whether or not a group of unit elements arranged adjacent to each other in the game field forms a predetermined shape; managing a region including the group of unit elements that forms the predetermined shape as an erasure-determined region; erasing, from the game field, the group of unit elements included in the erasure-determined region, of groups of unit elements arranged in the game field, if the erasure-determined region satisfies a predetermined condition, and leaving unit elements not included in the erasure-determined region; and performing control such that a new arrangement object can be arranged in squares from which the group of unit elements have been erased.
