The filter container body having a filter container outlet cylinder hole provided at the filter container body bottom for receiving the water filter cartridge outlet, so that when water flows into the filter container through the filter container inlet will surround the water filter cartridge and flows through the water filter cartridge body into the central hollow space of the water filter cartridge body, and flows to the filter container outlet through the water filter cartridge outlet. The filter container body having ribs provided at an inner surface of the filter container body bottom to reinforce for the filter container body bottom and providing gaps placed between the inner surface of the filter container body bottom and the outer surface of the water filter cartridge outlet cap, so that replacements or miscellaneous uses of the water filter cartridges become impossible.
WATER FILTER ASSEMBLY AND REFRIGERATION APPLIANCE EQUIPPED THEREWITH
A water filter assembly for a refrigeration appliance contains an inlet connection, a filter head, on which a water filter can be mounted, a non-return valve and an outlet connection. The non-return valve is connected to the water filter by way of a hose. The hose can be attached to a connection of the filter head which is already available to feed or drain water, without adjustments to the filter head being required for this purpose.
FILTER ASSEMBLY AND A REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE
A filter assembly includes a manifold having an inlet and outlet port. The filter assembly further includes a filter cartridge. The filter cartridge includes a casing and a filter casing disposed within the casing. The filter cartridge also includes a gear rack, and an inlet and outlet port. The filter assembly further includes an electric motor configured to move the filter cartridge along an axial direction by rotating a gear coupled to the electric motor such that the gear meshes with the gear rack. The filter cartridge is movable between a first position in which the filter cartridge and manifold are not in fluid communication, and a second position in which the filter cartridge and the manifold are in fluid communication. A refrigerator appliance having the filter assembly is also provided.
Filter System Comprising a Pump and Filter Head Module for a Filter System
A filter system for filtering a fluid has a filter housing with filter housing head module and housing cover. The filter housing accommodates a filter element with raw side and clean side. A fluid inlet is in fluid connection with the raw side of the filter element. A fluid outlet is in fluid connection with the clean side of the filter element. The filter housing head module has a tube section as a main channel connecting the clean side of the filter element to the fluid outlet when the housing cover is attached to the filter housing head module. The tube section projects into the clean side of the filter element and has a ball valve seat of a ball valve for closing or opening the main channel. The filter housing head module has a pump chamber of a pump as a bypass channel bypassing the ball valve seat.
PNEUMATIC-HYDRAULIC METHOD FOR BACK-FLUSHING AND DEVICE FOR BACK-FLUSHING FLUID FILTERS USING AN INTEGRATED FLUID-DYNAMIC CLEANING PROCESS
The invention relates to a pneumatic-hydraulic back-flushing method according to claim 1 and a device for back-flushing fluid filters using an integrated hydro-dynamic cleaning process with a filter element (5) arranged in a housing (1) about a support body (9), wherein the housing (1) is designed in such a manner that a fluid inlet (7) and, preferably on the housing lid (2), a fluid outlet (7) are arranged in such a manner that the fluid flow flows through the filter element (5) from the outside to the inside in the filtering process, such that the support body (9) is closed on both sides and a supply io pipe (3) is arranged in the interior of the support body (9) in such a manner that said support body projects from the housing lid (2) into the interior of the fluid filter and is open at the bottom, and said supply pipe (3) is arranged in a fluid guide pipe (4), wherein the fluid guide pipe (4) is closed by a base (6) and a compressed air connection (10) is preferably arranged in the housing lid (2) and the fluid flow in the filter process (16) adopts the direction of flow illustrated (16), wherein the fluid is guided through the filter element (5) and the support body (9) into the fluid guide pipe (4), which is open at the top and closed at the bottom, and is guided into the supply pipe (3), which is open at the bottom, in such a manner that said fluid flows to the fluid outlet (8), and for the cleaning process the fluid inlet (7), the fluid outlet (8) and the zo compressed air inlet (10) are operated by control elements such that the fluid adopts the direction of flow (17).
Water purifier structure
A water purifier structure includes a container assembly and a buffer unit mounted in the container assembly. The container assembly includes a housing and a cap unit. The housing has a first receiving section and a second receiving section. The second receiving section of the housing is provided with a retaining portion. The buffer unit is mounted in the second receiving section of the housing and includes a positioning ring secured in the retaining portion of the housing, and a cushioning member mounted in the positioning ring. The cushioning member is elastically movable in the positioning ring. When the cushioning member is compressed by a force, the cushioning member is contracted and elastically deformed toward the second receiving section of the housing, to form a buffering force.
Transmission oil filter assembly
A transmission filter includes two outlets. One outlet, adapted to feed an engine-driven pump, protrudes diagonally from the front of the filter. The first outlet is sealed to the inlet of the engine-driven pump by a radial seal. The second outlet is arranged in a rear extension and is sealed to the inlet of an electric pump by a compression seal. The differing types of seals and relative orientations of the outlets make the assembly less sensitive to dimension variation due to production and assembly tolerances. The relative locations of the outlets also mitigate any flow interactions between the pumps when both operate simultaneously.
Water filtration system and method
A modular water filtration system including a first filter manifold and a second filter manifold is provided. The first filter manifold includes a first bracket and a first pair of arm members horizontally extending from the first bracket. One of the first pair of arm members includes a protrusion defining a bore. The second filter manifold includes a second bracket and a second pair of arm members horizontally extending from the second bracket. One of the second pair of arm members includes a duct, and the duct is configured to receive the protrusion of the first filter manifold to provide fluid communication through the bore between the first filter manifold and the second filter manifold.
FILTER CARTRIDGE, AND METHOD OF RETROFITTING FILTER HOUSING
A removable filter cartridge includes a filter housing containing a filter and a sealing valve coupled to an open end of the filter housing.
