Systems and methods for dewatering, extruding, and combusting blackwater
Systems and methods for disposing of blackwater are disclosed. A first vessel contains a screw running through the vessel from a first end to a second end. The screw is surrounded radially by a filter. The first vessel has a blackwater inlet adjacent the first end. An extrusion plate is adjacent the second end of the first vessel. A combustor vessel is configured to receive a solids component from the extrusion plate. A blackwater stream, consisting of a liquid component and the solids component, is passed through the blackwater inlet into the first vessel, is conveyed by the screw from the first end to the second end, and is pressurized against the extrusion plate. The liquid component is thereby forced from the blackwater stream through the filter and the solids component is forced through the extrusion plate into the combustor. The combustor is configured to combust the solids component.
RECIPROCATING LAMINATION SPIRAL SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATOR
A reciprocating lamination spiral solid-liquid separator is provided, including: a support frame, a filter chamber, a spiral shaft and a driving device. The filter chamber is assembled with the support frame. The spiral shaft is mounted on the support frame and passes through the filter chamber. The driving device is mounted on the support frame. Two ends of the filter chamber respectively have a feed port and a discharge channel. The filter chamber includes a first closed movable ring-piece assembly and a second closed ring-piece assembly having a motion state that is inconsistent with that of the first closed movable ring-piece assembly. The first and second closed ring-piece assemblies are stacked alternately to form the filter chamber, and a gasket is disposed between two adjacent closed ring-pieces of one of the closed ring-piece assemblies.
SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION DEVICE
In a solid-liquid separation apparatus, which comprises multiple movable members and screws that extend and pass through the movable members without contacting the movable members and which dehydrates sludge while conveying same by means of the rotation of the screws, to apply a wringing action on the sludge and increase sludge dehydration efficiency. (Solution) A first movable unit 41 is configured by linking multiple movable members 4A and 4B as a unit with a linking rod 44, a second movable unit 41A is configured by linking multiple other movable members 4C and 4D as a unit with a linking rod 44A, and the movable members 4A and 4B of the first movable unit 41 and the movable members 4C and 4D of the second movable unit 41A are reciprocated with a phase difference.
Vertical separator for the treatment of slurry
A vertical separator for the treatment of slurry includes a screen device with a vertical axis provided with a screen, a feeding device provided with a pump to feed the slurry to a screen device, a discharge device for the liquid part of the slurry, and a discharge device for the solid particles of the slurry. The screen device houses a counter-pressing device which is designed to generate a force which partially counters the pushing action exerted by the pump upon the slurry.
SEPARATION DEVICE AND METHOD TO SEPARATE CONTAMINANTS FROM CONTAMINATED WATER
The present disclosure relates to a separation device to separate contaminants from contaminated water. It comprises a container to receive the contaminated water. The container further comprises a contaminated water inlet, a filter, a presser for compressing and/or dewatering contaminants separated from the contaminated water, and a contaminant outlet. The container further comprises a gas inlet for generating gas bubbles into the contaminated water to further separate contaminants from the contaminated water. The present disclosure relates to a use of such a separation device and a method of separating contaminants from contaminated water.

ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING PRESSURE FILTER
Disclosed is an arrangement and method for controlling a pressure filter. The arrangement comprises the pressure filter for solid-liquid separation for producing a filter cake and a moisture analyzer for providing an indication of moisture content of the filter cake. One or more controllers may be used for utilizing the indication of moisture content to set a drying time for the solid-liquid separation.

Arrangement and method for separating out and removing screenings from wastewater
An apparatus for separating out and removing screenings from wastewater includes a screening device having a screen surface through which the wastewater flows during operation of the screening device and screenings carried along in the wastewater are at least intermittently retained. The apparatus includes a sensor and a controller. The sensor monitors the screenings in the area upstream from the screen surface and/or in the area of the screen surface. The controller outputs a message when the screenings have one or several properties which have been defined and have been recognized by the sensor. In addition, a method for operating the apparatus and a system including the apparatus are provided.
