POLYMER-BASED FILM, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND USE THEREOF
A polymer film has a loofah-like structure. It has a fibrous framework structure formed by three-dimensional interwoven and interconnected polymer fibers and a three-dimensional interconnected network pore structure distributed in the fibrous framework structure. The polymer is an organic polymer and the fibrous framework structure is integrally formed by the polymer. The film has a volume porosity of from 50% to 95%. The film is obtained by means of a combination method for atomization pretreatment and non-solvent phase separation. The film can be used in the fields of gas filtration, liquid filtration, oil-water separation, adsorption materials, catalysis, pharmaceutical sustained release materials, anti-adhesion coatings, oil delivery and oil spill interception.
SEPARATION MEMBRANE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SEPARATION MEMBRANE
The present invention relates to a separation membrane including a thermoplastic polymer selected from a cellulose ester and a polyamide, in which, when regions obtained by dividing a cross-sectional surface perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the separation membrane into 5 at an equal interval are defined as regions 1 to 5, all the regions 1 to 5 have a number average pore diameter changing rate a of −0.25 to 0.25, and at least one of the regions 1 to 5 is a region P that satisfies conditions (a) and (b): (a) a value of area average pore diameter D.sub.s/number average pore diameter D.sub.n is 2.50 to 6.00; and (b) a number average W of fine pores that are located at a distance smaller than L.sub.a from a center of respective coarse pores is 10 to 30.
HIGH-FLUX COMPOSITE NANOFILTRATION (NF) MEMBRANE WITH ELECTRICAL DOUBLE LAYER (EDL), AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
A high-flux composite nanofiltration (NF) membrane with an electrical double layer (EDL) and a preparation method thereof are provided. The high-flux composite NF membrane includes: a charged support membrane and a charged separation layer, where a charge carried by the support membrane or the separation layer is a positive charge, a negative charge, or an amphiprotic charge. The high-flux composite NF membrane with an EDL solves the technical problem that the composite NF membrane in the prior art has an unsatisfactory retention rate and a limited application range due to a small charge quantity.
