APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORMING MICROBUBBLES IN A MIXED MULTI-COMPONENT REACTIVE MATERIAL
An apparatus for preparing a liquid material containing microbubbles includes a dispensing nozzle and a first positive displacement gas pump. The dispensing nozzles includes a material mixing channel, a rotary gas diffuser positioned in the material mixing channel, and a rotary mixer positioned in the material mixing channel downstream of the rotary gas diffuser. The rotary gas diffuser and the rotary mixer rotate about a common axis of rotation. The first positive displacement pump has a first gas outlet opening to the material mixing channel, which is directed at an outer circumference of the rotary gas diffuser.
Device and method for generating gas bubbles in a liquid
A device for generating gas bubbles in a liquid in a container includes a rotatable gas-permeable hollow shaft arranged in a container, gassing discs arranged on the hollow shaft and spacers arranged between the gassing discs, gassing discs and spacers being arranged alternately on the hollow shaft in gas-tight contact with one another, a feed line for a compressed gas into the interior of the shaft, spacer having a centered opening (O) for receiving the shaft and at least two chambers, the chambers being equally spaced around the centered opening, where the centered opening and the chambers at least partially overlap, where the centered opening and the chambers are in communication with one another at least in the overlap region, so that the compressed gas can flow from the shaft into in each case a chamber of the spacer and enter the gassing discs from the chamber of the spacer.
Gas-liquid dissolving apparatus
The disclosure provides a gas-liquid dissolving apparatus, comprising: a sealed tank, a gas jet tube and a plurality of membrane plates; the sealed tank being provided with a liquid supply joint at top, and a gas inlet joint and an output joint at bottom; the gas jet tube being located inside the sealed tank and connected to the gas inlet joint; the gas jet tube having a plurality of gas jet holes distributed on tube wall; the plurality of membrane plates being stacked around the periphery of the gas jet tube and fixed; each membrane plate being ring-shaped, and being structured with an inner ring wall, a mixing chamber and an outer ring wall sequentially from the center; the mixing chamber having an opening facing downward, and the inner ring wall being thicker than the outer ring wall, with a gap existing between the two adjacent stacked outer ring walls.

POLYIONIC AND MOLECULAR FILTER-DIFFUSER
The present disclosure relates to a poly-ionic and molecular filtering and diffuser device, which provides for the emission of gases when used from the inside out, and a separation of suspended matter (e.g., in macro, micro and nano ranges) in liquids for a variety of fluids when is used from the outside inwards. The device may include a central diffuser tube defining a plurality of perforations in its wall to allow passage of gas and liquids, and which is inserted through central holes of a plurality of plates diffusers arranged in a vertical arrangement. This combination may define a plurality of slots by the separations generated therebetween, whereby the gas or the liquid is spread. The diffuser-separating plates are contained between a top compression cap and a lower compression cap through which said central diffuser-collector tube is also inserted. The central diffuser-collector tube includes a threaded lower end, wherein a final lower lid is threaded. Seal elements may be disposed between the upper and lower compression cap and the arrangement of the plurality of diffuser-separating plates.
