Portable chemical dispenser and method of using same

A portable chemical dispenser for dispensing a chemical with a diluent includes a valve housing having a valve with an opened position and a closed position, an eductor housing coupled to the valve housing and including one or more eductors, and a nozzle coupled to the eductor housing and configured to direct the flow of a chemical solution to a receptacle, wherein the joint between the valve housing and the eductor housing permits relative rotations between the two housings. The portable chemical dispenser may also be devoid of metering elements that control the dosing of the chemical. A method of using the portable chemical dispenser is also disclosed.

Assembly for controlling eductive dispensing

An assembly for controlling the eductive dispensing of multiple chemical fluids is described. The assembly is designed to detachably engage with existing eductor valve assemblies as either an original part or as a replacement part. The assembly comprises a plurality of selector gears that rotatably engage with eductor valve assemblies. The selector gears are in communication with a control gear. When the assembly is attached to a plurality of eductor valve assemblies an individual can control the rotation of multiple valve assemblies by rotating a single control knob.

A batch preparation system for quickly and efficiently mixing materials with a fluid, such as to fill an agricultural reservoir tank. The batch preparation system generally includes a frame, a tank unit comprising a plurality of tanks connected to the frame, and a transfer system for mixing materials stored in the tanks with fluids being pumped from a fluid source. The tanks are interconnected to form a unitary tank unit which is positioned on the frame. The transfer system includes a manifold pipe which is fluidly connected to each of the tanks. An eductor is connected to the manifold such that the materials from each tank are drawn by suction through the eductor into a mixing conduit, where the materials are mixed with the fluid from the pump. The resulting mixture is dispensed through a transfer outlet, such as to a reservoir tank.

Multi-chemical dispensing device

A multi-chemical dispensing device comprising a concentrate supply of at least one chemical concentrate, a flow selector valve in fluid communication with said concentrate supply, and at least two proportioners, each proportioner in fluid communication with the flow selector valve. The flow selector valve may include a dilution member comprising one or more aligned orifice pairs, each orifice pair including an first orifice and a second orifice in fluid communication with the concentrate supply. Each orifice has an opening area to provide a known dilution ratio at a known flow rate therethrough. Each proportioner is connected to a supply of motive fluid. The concentrate dispensing device includes a plurality of check valves that close off the system when one of the water supplies is turned on. The plurality of check valves are also configured to allow the chemical concentrate to drain out of the multi-chemical dispensing device using gravity.

EMULSIFICATION DEVICE AND BEVERAGE MACHINE

Disclosed are an emulsification device and a beverage machine having the same. The emulsification device includes a Venturi structure and a switching apparatus. The Venturi structure includes a first mixing chamber and a second mixing chamber. In a case that a first steam channel is communicated with a steam source, steam flows through the first steam channel into the first mixing chamber to produce a mixed fluid with a first temperature based on a Venturi effect; and in a case that a second steam channel is communicated with the steam source, steam flows through the second steam channel into the second mixing chamber to produce a mixed fluid with a second temperature based on the Venturi effect, and the first temperature is not equal to the second temperature. Different types of beverages may be obtained by using milk foam with different temperatures.
