Reactor assembly
A reactor assembly is provided for heating plastic material. The reactor assembly includes: a reactor vessel including a central axis; and an agitator mounted within the reactor vessel. The agitator includes: one or more blade(s) distal from the central axis for mixing contents of the reactor vessel in use; and one or more wearing parts mounted to the blade(s) to extend from the blade(s).
RESIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
An additive manufacturing apparatus includes a stage configured to hold a component. A radiant energy device is operable to generate and project radiant energy in a patterned image. An actuator is configured to change a relative position of the stage relative to the radiant energy device. A resin management system includes a material deposition assembly upstream configured to deposit a resin on a resin support. The material deposition assembly includes a reservoir configured to retain a first volume of the resin and define a thickness of the resin on the resin support as the resin support is translated in an X-axis direction. The material deposition assembly further includes a vessel positioned above the reservoir in a Z-axis direction and configured to store a second volume of the resin. In addition, the material deposition assembly includes a conduit configured to direct the resin from the vessel to the reservoir.
Main container for mixing cosmetic, sub container for mixing cosmetic, and cosmetic product including same
A main container and a sub container for mixing cosmetic and a cosmetic product including the same provides a cosmetic product including a first container providing a first storing space which stores a first fluid, and in which fluid can be mixed; a discharging unit which discharges a fluid stored in the first container to the outside; and a second container which can be coupled to the first container, and which can discharge a second fluid stored in the second container to the first storing space. The second container has a storing state to store the second fluid and an open state to discharge the second fluid, wherein the second container to the open state by the discharging unit being coupled to the first container, and wherein as the second container is converted to the open state, the second fluid is discharged to the first storing space.
Stirring device
There is provided a stirring device including a stirring tank including an inner peripheral wall which is circular in cross section, at least one circulating impeller and at least one dispersion blade which are located inside the stirring tank and rotatable around a vertical axis independently of each other, and a guide ring disposed radially outward near the dispersion blade. The circulating impeller is disposed along the inner peripheral wall of the stirring tank, and rotates around the vertical axis to form at least a downward flow in a stirring object existing inside the stirring tank. The dispersion blade rotates to apply a shear force to the stirring object, and is disposed at a radially inner position of the stirring tank from the circulating impeller, and at a position in contact with a flow of the stirring object, which is formed by the circulating impeller.
STIRRING BODY AND STIRRING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH SAME
Provided is a stirring body that can be easily manufactured with low shear and that can generate a plurality of flows including a circulating flow and a turbulent flow to stir a fluid medium in a complex and unsteady manner, and adjust the flow of a stirring flow according to the purpose. A stirring body includes a flat plate in which a plurality of spiral blade portions extending from a central portion is formed by a spiral cut that does not contact an outer peripheral portion; and an operating member that supports the flat plate, wherein either one of the operating member or the outer peripheral portion of the flat plate is movable in a direction of separating and approaching in relation to each other, and the blade portion rises while being separated from an adjacent blade portion in conjunction with the movement in the direction of separating in relation to each other so that the flat plate is extended to form a three-dimensional shape.
MIXING ARRANGEMENT, MIXER SETTLER UNIT AND USE
A mixing arrangement for mixing two solutions, a mixer settler unit and a use. The mixing arrangement includes a mixing device arranged in the mixing space for rotating therein, the mixing device comprising at least two helical bars supported around a shaft and rising upwards from the bottom section of the mixing space. The helical bars are fixed to the shaft with support spokes. The ratio of the diameter (D) of the mixing device to the average diameter (T) of the mixing space, that is D/T, is 0.47 at most.
BATCH MIXING PROCESS FOR ETHYLCELLULOSE POLYMER DISPERSIONS
Provided is method of making an aqueous composition comprising (a) providing a mixer comprising a sealable volume and one or more rotors inside said sealable volume; (b) placing into said sealable volume ingredients comprising ethylcellulose polymer and fatty acid; (c) placing into said sealable volume ingredients comprising water and a water-soluble base; (d) sealing said sealable volume after said steps (b) and (c); (e) then rotating one or more of said rotors while said ingredients are at a temperature above the softening point of said ethylcellulose polymer, to produce said aqueous composition; wherein said step (e) is conducted so that 90% or less of the volume of said ingredients is uncontacted by one or more of said rotors.
HELICAL BEATER MIXER
The unique shape of the helical beater described herein not only achieves higher mixing performance but also power efficiency. By using high strength plastics instead of metal, the improved helical beater design described herein will lower or fix material and manufacturing costs and will provide a better method of controlling the geometry of the beater body.
