Dosing machine for dosing fluid products such as dyes for paints or the like, with a device for individually measuring the level of the fluid products
A dosing machine for dosing fluid products includes: containers having vertical longitudinal axes and configured to contain fluid products, rotary stirring elements located inside respective containers and operable in rotation by electric motors, and a dispensing head having nozzles connected to respective containers, where each container is associated with a level measuring device having: a floater containing a permanent magnet and free to move inside the container, a magnetic detector arranged outside the container, and having magnetic sensors spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction and each of which is configured to detect a variation in a magnetic field caused by passage in its proximity of said floater, and a control unit which analyzes signals provided by the magnetic sensors to detect a fluid level inside the container and passage of the floater in a vicinity of one or more of said magnetic sensors.
Sewage System Agitator
A sewage system component spray assembly is attached at a predetermined height above pumps in the interior of the component and has at least one nozzle for spraying liquid downwardly and generally tangential to a center of the sewage system component. Operation of the nozzle causes the liquid to disperse floating material on the sewage surface and creating a rotational flow around the center to direct such material to the pumps. The source of the sprayed liquid may be internal to the sewage system component.
Method and apparatus for supplying water of specified concentration
Provided are a method for supplying water of specified concentration, including: a step of adding at least two liquids, a conductive first liquid and a non-conductive second liquid, to ultrapure water to produce water of specified concentration containing a first liquid-component and a second liquid-component at specified concentrations, in which a mixed solution in which the first liquid and the second liquid are mixed at a specified mixing ratio in advance is prepared; and the mixed solution is added to the ultrapure water so that a conductivity or specific resistance of the ultrapure water after the addition satisfies a specified value, and an apparatus therefor.
DILUTE CHEMICAL SUPPLY DEVICE
The dilute chemical solution supply device 1 comprises: a dilute chemical solution preparation unit 2 that prepares a dilute chemical solution W1; a reservoir 3 for the prepared dilute chemical solution; a dilute chemical solution adjustment/supply mechanism 4 that supplies, as washing water W2, the dilute chemical solution W1 stored in the reservoir 3 to a plurality of single-wafer type washers 5A, 5B, and 5C; and a return mechanism that is connected to each of the single-wafer type washers 5A, 5B, and 5C and refluxes excess water from the single-wafer type washers to the reservoir 3. According to such a dilute chemical solution supply device, it is possible to accurately adjust the concentration of the solute of the dilute chemical solution and suppress the discharge of excess water, and the dilute chemical solution supply device is thus suitable for washing of wafers, etc.
Systems and methods for gas disposal
A method for controlling the saturation level of gas in a liquid discharge includes obtaining temperature and pressure measurements of a solvent in a mixing vessel and obtaining a pressure measurement of a source feedstock in a feedstock tank, correlating the temperature and pressure measurements of the solvent to baseline data to generate a theoretical uptake rate for the source feedstock into the solvent and a theoretical flow rate of the source feedstock into the mixing vessel, and determining a required opening setting for a feedstock valve in the feedstock input line in order to achieve a desired liquid displacement in the mixing vessel. The method includes determining an uptake duration and achieving an uptake displacement equivalent to the reverse of the desired liquid displacement. The method includes generating a valve operating control law for how the feedstock valve should function in a cycle.
LIFTING SYSTEM FOR METERING A FLUID FROM A CONTAINER AND CONTAINER FOR A FLUID
Presented and described herein is a stroke system (1) for dosing a fluid from a container (3), comprising a piston pump (5) with a piston (7), so that a fluid can be dosed from a container (3) by displacement of the piston (7), and a temperature control device (29) for controlling the temperature of the fluid to be dosed by means of the stroke system (1).
Containerized system for mixing dry additives with bulk material
In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, systems and methods for efficiently handling dry additives to be mixed with bulk material in a blender are provided. The systems may include a support structure used to direct bulk material from one or more portable containers on the support structure to a first outlet location, and a combined metering/transferring system for directing dry additives from another portable container to a second outlet location. Specifically, the metering/transferring system may output a metered flow of dry additives to the blender mixer to be combined with bulk material that is released from the portable containers. The metering/transferring system may utilize a gravity feed outlet coupled to a metered screw or other conveying device to move the dry additive from the portable container to the second outlet location.
INTEGRATION OF METAL-ORGANIC FRAMEWORKS ON TEXTILE FIBERS AND FABRICS FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF NERVE AGENTS UNDER AMBIENT HUMIDITY CONDITIONS
Textile fibers at least partially coated with a coating that includes particles of metal-organic frameworks dispersed in a polymeric base are provided. Also provided are fabrics formed from the textile fibers, protective gear and articles of clothing made from the fabrics, and methods of using the fibers and fabrics to catalyze the hydrolysis of organic molecules, such as organophosphate-based nerve agents, having hydrolysable bonds.
