Central entry dual rotor cavitation
A method is described of mixing fluid materials, including solids and gases. The materials to be mixed are introduced between two cylindrical rotors mounted in parallel on a motorized shaft. The rotors have arrays of cavities on their cylindrical surfaces and rotate within close proximity to the interior of a cylindrical shell. Passage of the fluid between the rotating rotors and the interior surface of the cylindrical shell causes cavitation, which mixes the materials. The mixture is passed to outlets on the far sides of the rotors from the inlet. Apparatus is described for extending the flow path of the materials and thus increasing exposure to the cavitation process.

Beverage machine for preparing and dispensing iced beverages
The present invention provides a beverage machine with at least three distinct zones 1, 3, 4. A first zone 1 for storing a liquid or semi-liquid product at ambient temperature, a second zone 3 for processing the stored product, in particular for cooling the product to a predetermined serving temperature, and a third zone 4 for storing the cooled product and maintaining it at the predetermined serving temperature. From the third zone 4 an iced beverage can be dispensed.
LIQUID ANALYZING DEVICE
A liquid analyzing device includes a carrier, a driving unit, a rotating plate and a transmission mechanism. The driving unit is adapted to drive the carrier to rotate. The rotating plate is rotatably disposed on the carrier and adapted to support an analyzing cassette. The transmission mechanism is connected between the carrier and the rotating plate. When the driving unit drives the carrier to rotate to enable a rotation speed of the carrier to be changed and cross a predetermined rotation speed, the rotating plate rotates relatively to the carrier.

The invention provides a device (1) for processing and treating chocolate, with a container (2) and stirring means (3) arranged therein, wherein the container (2) has a processing interior (2a) with a cylindrical wall (4) and an outwardly curved bottom (5) and is set up obliquely, i.e., the center axis (ZA) of the cylindrical wall (4) is inclined with respect to the vertical, and wherein the stirring means (3) comprises at least one stirring arm (7), which is rotatable about this center axis (ZA), while projecting from the center axis (ZA) of the cylindrical container (4) at least also in the radial direction, and a conching tool (6), which is rotatably arranged at or near the bottom (5) or the lowest vertical point of the container (2) about a an axis of rotation (DA), and wherein the conching tool (6) rotates faster than the stirring arm (7) during operation. In a method according to the invention for processing and treating chocolate, it is provided that a starting mass or an intermediate product of chocolate is filled in an inclined cylindrical container (2) and rotating therein along with at least one stirring arm (7), which rotates about this center axis (ZA), while projecting from the center axis (ZA) of the cylindrical container (2) at least also in the radial direction, as well as processed simultaneously by means of a rotatable conching tool (6), which rotates faster than the at least one stirring arm (7) about an axis of rotation (DA), which is inclined relative to the center axis (ZA) of the cylindrical container (2). Furthermore, the invention provides for the use of a universal machine for processing and treating nutritional and food products, processing and treating chocolate, wherein the universal machine comprises a container (2) and stirring means (3) arranged therein, and wherein the container (2) has a processing interior (2a) with a cylindrical wall (4) and an outwardly curved bottom (5), and arranged obliquely, i.e. the center axis (ZA) of the cylindrical wall (4) is inclined with respect to the vertical, and wherein the stirring means (3) comprise at least one stirring arm (7), which is rotatable about the center axis (ZA) of the cylindrical wall (4), while projecting from the center axis (ZA) of the cylindrical container (2) at least also in the radial direction, and wherein it is further provided that the stirring means (3) comprise a conching tool (6) rotatably arranged at or
SYSTEM FOR PACKAGING TWO COMPONENTS
A system for packaging two components which includes a first container, which is intended for accommodating a first component and has a lid. The system further includes a second container for accommodating a second component, wherein the second container is arranged in a volume of the first container. The system further includes a mixing head, which seals the second container in relation to the first container.
Rotary gas bubble ejector
A rotary gas bubble ejector has a fluid reservoir chamber having at a bottom end a fluid discharge opening and a shaft extending through fluid reservoir chamber in connection with a rotor plate. The rotor plate has an outer dimension greater than the outer dimension of fluid discharge opening and is positioned proximate bottom end of fluid reservoir chamber such that a fluid acceleration gap is formed. Rotation of the shaft and rotor plate initiates a fluid flow thereby generating a low-pressure zone within the fluid acceleration gap, wherein gas is discharged from the fluid reservoir chamber into the fluid acceleration gap. As the gas is expelled from the fluid acceleration gap, fluids, gas and liquid, are brought into contact producing micro-sized gas bubbles that are ejected into the body of liquid.
