HYDROTREATMENT UPFLOW REACTORS WITH HIGH HYDROGEN-HYDROCARBON LIQUID CONTACT SURFACE AND IMPROVED HYDROGENATION CAPACITY
The hydrogenation capacity of an upflow hydrocarbon hydrotreatment reactor is increased by expanding the gas-liquid contact surface.
Static mixer element and reactor comprising a static mixer element
A static mixer or a flow reactor comprising a static mixer for mixing streams of fluid transported through or circulated in a flow reactor is provided. A static mixer element reduces the size of gas bubbles in a liquid for installation in a flow channel, and comprises, a first mixer unit and a second and adjacent mixer unit, which mixer units are displaced relative to each other in the flow direction, such that a through opening in the first mixer unit at least partly faces a surface of the second mixer unit thereby forcing the fluid flow to change direction. Adjacent mixer units have substantially the same height or thickness, and are substantially parallel having a distance between them that may be near zero or up to 10 times the thickness of a mixer unit.
GAS/LIQUID OLIGOMERIZATION REACTOR COMPRISING TRANSVERSE INTERNALS
The present invention relates to the field of gas/liquid reactors making possible the oligomerization of ethylene to give linear olefins by homogeneous catalysis with a reaction chamber comprising transverse internals capable of slowing down the ascent of the gaseous ethylene in the said reactor.
GAS/LIQUID OLIGOMERIZATION REACTOR HAVING SUCCESSIVE ZONES WITH VARIABLE DIAMETERS
The present invention relates to a gas/liquid oligomerization reactor with successive zones of variable diameter. The invention also relates to a process for the oligomerization of ethylene using a gas/liquid oligomerization reactor with successive zones of variable diameter.
MICROWAVE PLASMA SYSTEM FOR EFFICIENTLY PRODUCING NITRIC ACID AND NITROGEN FERTILIZERS
A microwave-plasma system for generating fixed-nitrogen products comprises a microwave generator operably coupled with a gas chamber where the microwave generator provides microwave power to the gas chamber. The system further includes a source of gas, which may be for example oxygen, nitrogen and/or air, operably coupled with the plasma chamber. The microwave power produces a plasma of the gas within the chamber. The system further includes an absorber unit fluidically connected to the gas chamber to capture product from the plasma in the gas chamber. The captured product may include fixed nitrogen gaseous products.
STRENGTHENING OXIDATION SYSTEM OF EXTERNAL MICRO-INTERFACIAL UNIT FOR PRODUCING PTA WITH PX
A strengthening oxidation system of the external micro-interfacial unit for producing PTA with PX is provided, including: a reactor, a circulating heat exchange device and a micro-interfacial unit. The reactor includes an outer casing and an inner cylinder disposed concentrically inside the outer casing. The circulating heat exchange device is disposed at an exterior of the reactor, and is connected with the outer casing and the inner cylinder respectively, for regulating reaction temperatures of the first reaction zone, the second reaction zone and the third reaction zone inside the reactor in a reaction process of producing PTA with PX. the micro-interfacial unit is connected between the reactor and the circulating heat exchange device, and connected with an external feed pipe of the reactor, for crushing a gas phase material into micro bubbles with a diameter greater than or equal to 1 μm and less than 1 mm and for mixing the micro bubbles with a liquid phase material to form an emulsion at the exterior of the reactor before a reaction material enters each of the reaction zones inside the reactor.
A CONTINUOUS FLOW PROCESS FOR THE SYNTHESIS OF METAL NANOWIRES USING BUBBLE COLUMN REACTOR
A continuous flow process for the synthesis of metal nanowires using a bubble column reactor. Also disclosed are different types of multiphase bubble column reactors for synthesizing metal nanowires in high yields and purity through a continuous process. The continuous process provides tunability for the aspect ratio of the nanowires.
METHOD FOR ADDITION REACTION OF ACETYLENE AND KETONE COMPOUND
The disclosure discloses a method for an addition reaction of acetylene and a ketone compound. The method includes the following steps: S1, providing a continuous reaction device, wherein the continuous reaction device includes a plurality of bubble tubular reactors being connected with each other through connecting tubes; feeding a raw material solution containing the ketone compound and alkali into the plurality of bubble tubular reactors, and S3, under normal pressure, pumping acetylene from the bottom of the first bubble tubular reactor for the addition reaction. By applying the technical solution of the invention, acetylene reacts with the ketone compound in the plurality of bubble tubular reactors arranged in series, which can ensure the sufficient gas-liquid contact time, and thus making full use of the acetylene gas, improving the utilization rate thereof, effectively reduing the amount of acetylene, reducing costs, and further improving the safety.
SPARGER AND REACTOR COMPRISING THE SAME
Provided are a sparger including: a disc-shaped body; and a first hole and a second hole having different sizes from each other provided in the body, wherein a diameter of the second hole is smaller than a diameter of the first hole, and a reactor comprising the sparger.
PROCESS FOR POLYMERIZING MOLECULAR-WEIGHT CONTROLLED POLYMER
According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a process for polymerizing molecular weight—adjustable polymer, comprising: a reactant supply step of supplying a gaseous monomer, a surfactant, and an initiator; a polymerization reaction step of performing a polymerization reaction in which the monomer, the surfactant, and the initiator participate; and a product discharging step of discharging the polymer compound produced by the polymerization reaction, wherein the flow rate of the supplied initiator is inversely proportional to the molecular weight of the polymer compound, and the molecular weight of the polymer compound produced by the polymerization reaction is adjusted by controlling the flow rate of the initiator.
