MAGNETIC FIELD PARTICLE CONFINEMENT IN ROTARY TUBE FURNACE
Disclosed herein is a rotary tube furnace configured to facilitate a chemical reaction between a solid mass and a gas in the furnace. The rotary tube furnace may comprise a reaction chamber extending through the furnace, the reaction chamber configured to control ingress and egress of each of the solid mass and the gas in the reaction chamber; a passage way configured to supply the solid mass to the reaction chamber; a passage way configured to supply the gas to the reaction chamber and circulate the gas through the reaction chamber; a heater providing heat to the reaction chamber and configured to control a reaction temperature in the reaction chamber; a magnetic field source in proximity to the reaction chamber for generating a magnetic field to one or more reaction zones of the reaction chamber; wherein the reaction chamber provides for mixing the solid mass and the gas.
Device for generation of a gas
A device includes a catalytic system and an electromagnetic system. The catalytic system defines a catalysis chamber and includes a catalyst of a reaction to generate a gas from a liquid. The catalyst is housed in the catalysis chamber. The electromagnetic system includes a coil and a rod mobile relative to the coil, the rod being fixed to the catalytic system and including a magnet and a core. The electromagnetic system is configured to move the rod relative to the coil when an electrical current is passed through the coil, so as to dispose the catalytic system in an open position in which the catalysis chamber is in fluidic communication with the outside. The catalytic system is disposed in a closed position in which the catalysis chamber is hermetically closed in the absence of an electrical current through the coil.
Barrel reactor with electrodes
A barrel reactor (100) comprises a rotatable barrel (102); a first roller (110) located outside of the barrel (102) and arranged to facilitate rotation of the barrel, wherein the roller (110) comprises at least part of a first electrode; and a second electrode (120). A plasma is formed between the electrodes (110, 120). The second electrode (120) may also comprise a roller and the barrel (102) may be mounted on the rollers (110, 120). The spacing between, or positions of, the electrodes (110, 120) may be adjusted so as to accommodate different barrels (102) and/or to change the plasma distribution within the barrel (102).
Polylactic acid polymerization reaction apparatus and system
The present invention relates to the technical field of polylactic acid preparation, and discloses polylactic acid polymerization reaction apparatus and system. The polylactic acid polymerization reaction apparatus comprises a polymerization reactor and an agitating assembly arranged in a flow channel of the polymerization reactor, wherein the agitating assembly comprises an electromagnetic winding mechanism and a magnetic induction element, the electromagnetic winding mechanism is arranged along the inner wall of the polymerization reactor around the magnetic induction element, with clearance formed between the electromagnetic winding mechanism and the magnetic induction element, so that the magnetic induction element and the electromagnetic winding mechanism can induce electromagnetic induction, and thereby the magnetic induction element can rotate around its own axis; a threaded groove is formed on the magnetic induction element. The polylactic acid polymerization reaction apparatus provided by the present invention can improve the polymerization effect and thereby improve the product conversion ratio.
