METHODS AND TOOLS FOR INSTALLING REACTOR COMPONENTS
An installation tool for installing reactor components into a reactor is disclosed. The tool comprises a housing having a first end and a second end opposite the first end; a releasable attachment assembly for securing a reactor component support to the tool, the attachment assembly being pivotably inside the housing; a gas supply hose connected to the first end of the housing; and a gas outlet at the second end of the housing in fluid communication with the gas supply hose. The gas outlet is configured to provide gas to expand a reactor component secured by the releasable attachment assembly. A control line for the releasable attachment assembly runs inside the gas supply hose.
JIG FOR INSERTING FILLING MEMBER INTO REACTOR
A jig for inserting a packing into a flow passage of a reactor extending in one direction or for removing the packing from the flow passage, includes: a pair of strip portions extending in parallel with each other, having a length longer than the flow passage; and link portions arranged in an extending direction of the pair of strip portions, linking the pair of strip portions and having lengths with which the pair of strip portions sandwich the packing therebetween.
CATALYTIC REACTOR WITH IMPROVED PROPERTIES
The invention is in the field of catalysis. In particular, the invention is directed to a catalytic reactor body, a method for the production of a catalytic reactor body and a use of a catalytic reactor body.
The invention provides a catalytic reactor body, comprising a circumferential reactor wall extending in a main fluid flow direction of the reactor body between a reactor inlet and a reactor outlet thereby forming a channel for conducting a fluid; and a reactor bed arranged in the channel and being integrally formed with the circumferential reactor wall, wherein the reactor bed forms a plurality of sub-channels for guiding the fluid from the reactor inlet to the reactor outlet, each sub-channel defining a predetermined fluid path between the reactor inlet and the reactor outlet and being configured for directing the fluid in a direction at least partly transverse to the main flow direction.
Reactor for producing synthesis gas
The present invention relates to a reactor for producing synthesis gas which has a fluid-tight connection to a heat exchanger, and to a process for producing synthesis gas, preferably under high pressure, by using the reactor. The reactor comprises a mixer, a mixing space, a reactor space, separate inlets for at least two fluid reactants and an outlet for at least one fluid product, and a reactor shell surrounding these, and wherein the mixer comprises a mixer base, at least one mixer disk with channels for a first fluid, at least one mixer disk with channels for a second fluid, a mixer closure, and a mixer lid.

REACTOR FOR PRODUCING SYNTHESIS GAS
The present invention relates to a reactor for production of synthesis gas that optionally has a fluid-tight connection to a heat exchanger, and to a process for producing synthesis gas, preferably under high pressure.
Tools for installing reactor components
Reactor installation tools and methods for installing reactor components in a reactor tube are described herein. A reactor installation tool can include a releasable attachment assembly for securing the tool to a reactor or support for holding reactor components. The tool can include a movable cylinder that can be actuated to engage and push on a reactor component in an interior region of the reactor for positioning the contents of the reactor in a desired location. The tool can further include means for supply blasts of compressed gas to an interior region of the reactor to aid in the expansion and positioning of the reactor contents. A skirt seal can be used to ensure that the blasts of compressed gas are contained in the interior region of the reactor.
