DEVICE FOR A CRUSHER
A device for a crusher comprises a frame (2) for a crushing chamber (8). The frame comprises a crossmember (1), and the crushing chamber is delimited by a crushing jaw (5) that is drivably connected to a reciprocating piston (4) inserted into a hollow cylinder (3). To reduce the material fatigue, the weight and the space requirements of the device while achieving the same mechanical stability, the swept volume of the hollow cylinder (3) lies completely within the crossmember (1).
CRUSHER WITH RESETTABLE REFLIEF SYSTEM
A crusher apparatus includes a material crushing portion with a first crushing portion adapted for movement toward a second crushing portion. A linkage subassembly is connected to the first crushing portion and includes a first and second member operable about a pivot. A force inducing subsystem exerts a counterforce of a predetermined threshold amount to the first and second members sufficient to maintain the linkage subassembly in an unrelieved position until a crushing force exerted on the first crushing portion is sufficient to cause the linkage subassembly to move into a relieved position.
Rock processing machine having an improved control panel
A rock processing machine having functional units and a control panel that switches the rock processing machine, in a starting switching operation and, in a stopping switching operation. The control panel includes a plurality of state switching elements with which, for at least one functional unit, a state transition is associated in such a way that actuation of the state switching element on the functional unit brings about a state transition. A first set of switching elements participates in the starting switching operation, and a second set of switching elements, participates in the stopping switching operation; each set being arranged in a visually perceptible spatial arrangement that corresponds to a predetermined actuation sequence.

Crushing Plant
The invention relates to a crusher plant, in particular a jaw crusher, including a crushing unit for crushing mineral material, the crushing unit comprising a crushing chamber, to which a crusher outlet is assigned, via which crushed material exits the crushing chamber, at least one actuator being provided, by which the opening size of the crusher outlet is adjustable in the event of an overload situation in the crushing unit, in order to discharge faulty material from the crushing chamber, a belt conveyor being provided after the crusher outlet in the material conveying direction, faulty material being transportable by the belt conveyor from the crusher outlet, following an overload situation, toward a transfer end of the belt conveyor, a detection device being provided, by which the overload situation of the crushing unit or an operating change of the crushing unit brought about as a consequence of the overload situation is detected and an overload signal is then generated, and a control device controlling the belt conveyor and/or monitoring the faulty material transported on the belt conveyor by taking into account the overload signal. According to the invention, it is thus possible to restore the operational readiness of the crushing plant quickly and in a simple manner following the occurrence of an overload situation.

Crusher with resettable relief system
A resettable relief system for a crusher is provided. A first linkage member is connected to a material crushing portion of the crusher is connected to a second linkage member in a hinged manner. A hydraulic device exerts forces to the linkage members sufficient to maintain them in an unrelieved position, until forces exerted on the linkage members from the material crushing portion exceed a predetermined threshold, and then permit said first and second linkage members to move into a relieved position.
MULTI-DRIVE CRUSHER
A crusher unit includes a mainframe that supports a crusher suitable for crushing bulk material. The unit has a primary motor carried by the frame to drive a crusher via a first drive belt extending around a first drive pulley and a first flywheel mounted at the crusher. The unit further includes a secondary motor carried by the frame to provide a secondary drive to the crusher via a second drive belt extending around a first or a second flywheel mounted at the crusher and a second drive pulley.

Crusher with adjustable closed side setting
A crusher is provided having improved wear resistance and crushing capacity. Particularly, the crusher provides an improved mechanism for adjusting the closed side setting by acting on an adjustable jaw, rather than the moveable jaw. The crusher includes a moveable jaw, an adjustable jaw, and a frame that supports the adjustable jaw and the moveable jaw such that the adjustable jaw and the moveable jaw define a crushing chamber having an upper opening for receiving a material to be crushed and a lower opening for expelling crushed material from the chamber after crushing. The crusher also includes a drive mechanism coupled to the moveable jaw for directing reciprocating motion of the moveable jaw and an adjustment mechanism coupled to the adjustable jaw for altering an angle of the adjustable jaw and, thereby, altering a closed side setting of the crushing chamber.
