WASTE TREATMENT DEVICE AND RELATED MOUNTING METHOD
A waste treatment device for separating recyclable material from other waste comprising: —a first substantially cylindrical cavity inside which the waste to be treated is introduced; —a shaft, rotating about its axis, in the centre of the cylindrical cavity; —screening meshes which separate the cylindrical cavity from a second underlying cavity inside which waste material is collected; —hammers attached at a first end to the shaft so as to be able to rotate in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the shaft. The hammers are provided with a respective scraper terminating in an edge remaining directed in a direction substantially parallel to the axis of the rotating shaft and projecting longitudinally beyond the end of the hammer so as to pass at a nominal minimum distance from the screening mesh. A related mounting method for a waste treatment device is also disclosed.

Mill box for a horizontal grinder
A material reducing machine includes a rotary reducing drum that is rotatable about an axis of rotation and defines a reducing boundary that extends at least partially around the axis of rotation. The material reducing machine includes an infeed conveyor for transporting material to a front portion of the rotary reducing drum and defines a conveyor plane. The material reducing machine includes a mill box at least partially surrounding the rotary reducing drum and including a mill box lid mounted generally above the rotary reducing drum. The mill box lid has an inlet edge positioned above a rear portion of the rotary reducing drum and an outlet edge positioned above the front portion of the rotary reducing drum. The mill box includes an infeed opening that is configured to receive material from a feed table and has an upper opening defined by the outlet edge of the mill box lid.

NETWORK-CONNECTED APPARATUS PROMOTING ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE PROCESSING AND DISPOSITION OF ORGANIC MATTER DATA
Embodiments disclosed herein provide various systems and methods for obtaining organic matter data related to the processing of food matter and mixed organics in an organic matter processing apparatus. The organic matter data can include, for example, mass values, water content values, timestamps, account numbers, other quantifiable metrics, and other identifying information. The organic matter data can be used according to many different embodiments. For example, in one embodiment, the organic matter data can be provided to a central system that processes the data for use by a third party such as a matter collector or an end user of output produced by the organic matter processing apparatus. In another embodiment, organic matter data can be presented to a user of the organic matter processing apparatus.
Cuttings processing unit
A cuttings processing unit may include a conveyor interface configured to interface with a mud cleaning complex to receive drill cuttings. The cuttings processing unit may further include a breaker mill module operably positioned to receive the cuttings via the conveyor interface, a cuttings tank module operably positioned beneath the breaker mill module, and a pump module operably positioned beneath the cuttings tank module. The breaker mill module may be configured to grind the cuttings into a finer composition. The cuttings tank module may be configured to agitate the finer composition and create a slurry. The pump module may be configured to move the slurry.

Apparatus and method for processing a crop residue
An apparatus and method for processing a crop residue, which includes but is not limited to, destroying weed seeds present in the crop residue. The apparatus (10) comprises an elongate housing (12) having an inlet (20) for receiving crop residue N and an outlet (22) for discharging the crop residue. The apparatus (10) also has one or more rotors (24), (26) located in the elongate housing (12). Each rotor (24), (26) comprises a plurality of radially extending impact members (28a), (28b), (28c), (28d), (28e), (28f) which rotate with the one or more rotors (24), (26) and impact against the crop residue, so that lighter material of the crop residue is subjected to less impacts and denser material of the crop residue is subjected to relatively more impacts.
