HORIZONTALLY FED DISK GRINDING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A horizontally fed disk grinding system includes a tray coupled to a trailer for receiving bulk material. The system further includes a grind hub coupled to the trailer and a cutter disk coupled to the grind hub. The grind hub is structured to rotate about a grind hub axis and the cutter disk is structured to rotate about a cutter disk axis and about the grind hub axis. A grind ring is coupled to the trailer and is structured to slide to engage the grind hub during use. A plurality of plates are coupled to the tray and structured to oscillate to feed material from the tray to the grind hub and the cutter disk, where the material is reduced to particulate form. The grind hub further includes an outlet and a conveyor rotatably coupled to the trailer to convey the particulate material away from the outlet to a selected location.

A horizontally fed disk grinding system includes a tray coupled to a trailer for receiving bulk material. The system further includes a grind hub coupled to the trailer and a cutter disk coupled to the grind hub. The grind hub is structured to rotate about a grind hub axis and the cutter disk is structured to rotate about a cutter disk axis and about the grind hub axis. A grind ring is coupled to the trailer and is structured to slide to engage the grind hub during use. A plurality of plates are coupled to the tray and structured to oscillate to feed material from the tray to the grind hub and the cutter disk, where the material is reduced to particulate form. The grind hub further includes an outlet and a conveyor rotatably coupled to the trailer to convey the particulate material away from the outlet to a selected location.
WASTE SEPARATOR APPARATUS
Waste separator apparatus which comprises: -a frame (11) which delimits a separation chamber (12); -a screening mesh (13) which divides the separation chamber (12) into a shredding chamber (121) and a collection chamber (122); wherein the shredding chamber (121) has a loading mouth (123) and an unloading mouth (124); - a shredder shaft (14) fixed to the frame (11) in a rotatable manner about an operating axis (A) and extending into the shredding chamber (121). The shredder shaft (14) has first cutting hammers (15) and second expelling hammers (16); wherein the screening mesh (13) faces the first hammers (15), in order to receive shredded material, and the discharging mouth (124) faces the second hammers (16). The second hammers (16) have a front edge (17) which is rectilinear and extends substantially parallel to a radial direction (C) with respect to the operating axis (A).
MOBILE METHOD FOR PROCESSING ORGANICS AND SYSTEM
A method of processing organics having a relocatable trailer transporting a hopper, an infeed conveyor, an organics separation unit, an organics conveyor, an inorganics waste conveyor, and a control panel between processing locations of organic material. The control panel regulates the operation of the infeed conveyor, the organics separation unit, the organics conveyor and the inorganics waste conveyor. Following completion of processing the components carried on the trailer may be cleaned and the trailer supporting the processing components may be moved to another processing location.

A rotatable shaft penetrates the cylinder along an axis of the working area. A plurality of working bodies are attached to the shaft in a narrowing helical orientation that also narrows in distance between working bodies from front to back. The working bodies are configured to comminute the material and direct it toward the outlet as the material passes through the working area.
