Wear resistant VSI crusher distributor plate
A distributor plate assembly for a vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher is optimized for abrasion wear resistance. The distributor plate includes a plurality of plate segments, each segment being formed from a main body of ductile iron alloy having cemented carbide granules embedded within the iron alloy.
RECYCLING WASTE REFRACTORY MATERIAL
Disclosed are systems and methods for refractory recycling that result in refined individual refractory components from a network of aggregate refractory components based on a fragmentation process. In one embodiment, a network of refractory aggregates is crushed and deposited into a refiner machine. The refiner machine includes a blast chamber that houses a projecting mechanism. The deposited aggregate material is propelled from the projecting mechanism at a critical velocity. Upon impact with an inner lining of material within the blast chamber, contaminant particles can fracture apart from the deposited aggregate material, leaving a refined individual refractory component.
Method and device for separating composite materials and mixtures, in particular solid-material mixtures and slags
A method for separating composite materials and mixtures, in particular solid-material mixtures and slags, and to a device for carrying out said method. The method for separating composite materials and mixtures comprises the step of transporting the composite material or the mixture through a separating device. The composite material to be separated or the mixture to be separated is excited by mechanical impulses as it passes through the separating device and is thereby separated. The device (1) for carrying out the method comprises a drive unit (21) for driving a rotor element (32), which is connected to a bearing/shaft unit (22) and which is part of a rotor unit (31). The rotor element itself has at least one rotor tool (33) and each rotor tool has at least one rotor tool component (34) and is surrounded by a stator element (42), which is part of a stator unit (41). The stator element itself has at least one stator tool (43) and each stator tool has at least one stator tool component (44). The rotor element and the stator element are substantially cylindrical.
Vertical shaft impact crusher
Vertical shaft crushers and control systems therefor are disclosed. In some embodiments a rotor of the crusher is reversible and/or autogenous. In some embodiments a crushing chamber of the crusher includes at least one anvil and at least one rock shelf chamber.
VSI-crusher feed hopper distribution device
A vertical shaft impact crusher feed hopper distribution device arranged for feeding material to be crushed to a rotor of a vertical shaft impact crusher. The feed hopper distribution device is arranged to be mounted in a feed hopper that feeds material to the rotor and includes a supply channel that forwards material from an inlet opening arranged adjacent to an upper end of the supply channel to a hopper bottom opening arranged in a bottom of the feed hopper and communicating with the rotor. The supply channel has a cross-section that widens along at least a portion of the distance from the upper end to a lower end of the supply channel.
Vertical shaft impact crusher and rotor thereof
The present disclosure relates to a vertical shaft impact crusher comprising a rotor having a rotor protection layer which consists of particles of objects to be crushed. The rotor includes at least: a rotor upper plate comprising a rotor upper plate hole, which is an inlet for the object for crushing which is inserted into the rotor; a rotor lower plate disposed to be separated from the lower portion of the rotor upper plate; a rotor upper plate; a rotor side wall disposed between the rotor upper plate and the rotor lower plate and coupled to the rotor upper plate and the rotor lower plate, the rotor side wall being disposed at a position spaced from the rotation center of the rotor; and a circular hole which is formed on the rotor side wall and is an outlet for the object for crushing accelerated by the rotor to come out of the rotor.
AN IMPACT MILL AND A RESIDUE PROCESSING SYSTEM INCORPORATING SAME
An impact mill (10) has an inlet (12) for material to enter the mill, an impact mechanism (16, 50) arranged to rotate about a rotation axis and being operable to pulverise the material after entering through the inlet, and an outlet (154) for discharge of pulverised material. Blockage sensors (Bj), vibration sensors V, torque sensors Tn, temperature sensors and proximity sensors may be selectively incorporated into the mill.
DIFFERENTIAL VERTICAL SHAFT IMPACT (VSI) CRUSHER
A differential vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher, including: a tank and a plurality of single-stage rotors, and a rotating shaft and a rotor block of each single-stage rotor are coaxial, where the rotating shafts of the plurality of single-stage rotors use a hollow shaft structure and are coaxially mounted in a sleeving and sheathing manner, the rotor blocks of the plurality of single-stage rotors are connected in series, the plurality of single-stage rotors form a multi-stage rotor, the multi-stage rotor is mounted inside the tank in a vertical rotation manner, rotating shafts of two single-stage rotors that are mounted in the sleeving and sheathing manner are in running fit with each other, each single-stage rotor has an independent drive apparatus and can rotate independently, an impact lining is mounted on an inner wall of the tank, and impact hammers are mounted around the rotor block of each single-stage rotor.
Anti-spin dust seal for cone and gyratory crushers
A dust seal for a cone crusher or gyratory crusher and a cone crusher or gyratory crusher are provided, wherein the crusher includes a stationary part having a dust collar, and a crusher head which is supported so as to be rotatable relative to the stationary part in a crushing direction of rotation and in an idling direction of rotation which is opposite to the crushing direction of rotation. The dust seal has a crusher head contact portion configured for directly or indirectly contacting the crusher head, and a dust collar contact portion configured for directly or indirectly contacting the dust collar crusher head. The dust seal is configured to impart a frictional force between the crusher head and the dust seal via the crusher head contact portion, and/or between the dust collar and the dust seal via the dust collar contact portion upon rotation of the crusher head at least in the idling direction of rotation. The invention is characterized in that the dust seal is configured so that the frictional force imparted by the dust collar contact portion and/or the crusher head contact portion is higher upon rotation of the crusher head in the idling direction of rotation than upon rotation of the crusher head in the crushing direction of rotation.
