PARTICLES GRINDING AND CLASSIFYING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A grinder device is provided with two sets of counter-rotating impact elements that pulverize the material via collisions, which represent impact forces twice as powerful through the doubling of the tip velocity. A continuous self-discharge of harder and heavier particles is provided to assure higher energy efficiency and a cleaner product that subjects the unit to less wear and tear. Outlet ports are provided on flange caps that are removably attached to the grinder device so that the position of the outlet port with relation to the position of a grinder stator is selectively modified. The device of the present invention can be provided in a container for integrating into an existing system or to operate as a standalone unit.

Embodiments disclosed herein provide an organic matter processing apparatus and method for the use thereof to convert organic matter into a ground and desiccated product. This can be accomplished using a bucket assembly that can grind, paddle, and heat organic matter contained therein. An air treatment system is provided to treat the air interacting with the organic matter.
Weed seed destruction
Weed seeds are destroyed in the chaff from a combine harvester by repeated high speed impacts caused by a rotor mounted in one of a pair of side by side housings which accelerate the discarded seeds in a direction centrifugally away from the rotor onto a stator including angularly adjustable stator surfaces around the axis. Thus the discarded seeds rebound back and forth between the rotor and the stator to provide a plurality of impacts. The destructor is mounted on a suitable drive shaft within the straw path and the chaff and weed seed material is carried from the rear end of the sieve to the destructor on the straw chopper by one or more fans driving the material through a transfer duct.
VACUUM GRINDING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A vacuum grinding system having multiple elements connected in series. The elements include an input chamber next to the system input, which chamber can be fluidically connected to a vacuum pump; a grinding chamber which is arranged downstream of the input chamber and which can be fluidically connected to a vacuum pump; and an output chamber, downstream of the grinding chamber and next to the output system, which output chamber can also be fluidically connected to a vacuum pump.

Rotary Processing Device
A rotary processing device that processes a processing object inside a drum and suppresses scattering of particles is described. The rotary processing device includes a drum including a feeding unit for the processing object on one side and a discharge unit for the processing object on the other side and a processor that is connected to a rotation axis member, rotates about a rotation axis of the rotation axis member, and processes the processing object in the drum. The rotary processing device also includes a suppressor that suppresses a gas flow from the other side toward the one side in the drum.
