MACHINE, PARTICULARLY FOR PRODUCING CELLULOSE FIBER FROM WASTE PAPER
A machine, particularly for producing cellulose fiber from waste paper with characteristics and yield comparable to virgin fiber, includes at least one conveyor body which is adapted to receive the waste material from which to obtain cellulose fiber; and at least one drum which contains inside it grinders adapted to grind the waste material for the production of the cellulose fiber, and which communicates with the conveyor body.
The grinders include a grinding hammer which is arranged on the bottom of the drum and can rotate by way of a motor about a rotation axis.

Device and method for rounding graphite flakes of a graphite material
A device and a method for rounding a graphite material includes a feeding device for feeding the graphite material to the device; a plurality of rounding tools designed to revolve while rotating, which are arranged at the outer circumference of a disc rotating about a rotational axis and in a rotational direction; at least one guide apparatus; a separating device for separating fine material and superfine material; and a product outlet. Furthermore, provision is made such that a cover ring is arranged above the rounding tools.
IMPACT BLOWER
A blower casing having an inlet in a side wall thereof and having an outlet in an upper portion of a peripheral wall thereof, and an impeller to rotate within the blower casing take in a composite including solid resin through the inlet and throw the solid resin radially outward and toward the outlet, are included. Multiple crushing blades each of which is in the form of a saw blade are arranged at intervals on an inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the blower casing, the multiple crushing blades being configured such that the solid resin is crushed by collision with the multiple crushing blades.
PULVERIZER SYSTEM
A pulverizer may have such features as an ability to detect wrapping as well as possibly deter wrapping. A processor may also adjust the speed of rotation of the arms within the pulverizer and/or the speed of feed of input for various considerations. In fact the rotation direction may be reversed for at least brief periods of time in an effort to remove wrapped material. Vibration may also be sensed and efforts to prevent damage may be instigated by a processor.
PULVERIZER SYSTEM
A pulverizer may have such features as an ability to detect wrapping as well as possibly deter wrapping. A processor may also adjust the speed of rotation of the arms within the pulverizer and/or the speed of feed of input for various considerations. In fact the rotation direction may be reversed for at least brief periods of time in an effort to remove wrapped material. Vibration may also be sensed and efforts to prevent damage may be instigated by a processor.
Pin mill
A pin mill includes a rotor plate mounted on a shaft and having concentrically spaced-apart circular arrays of pins arise from an end face. The rotor pins interdigitate with complementary concentric arrays of pins arising from a face of a stator mounted on a door. The door swings open on a hinge mounted on two translator pins so that the door can translate the interdigitated pins before swinging open so that the pins arrays do not collide with each other while the door is opening. The rotor operates within a rotatable cylindrical screen which retains particles being broken up until they are small enough to exit. The rotor includes a circular array of vane knives which sweep closely within the screen and also entrain cooling air into the macerating volume of the mill. Oversized particles trapped in the screen also get cleared and split apart by the passing vane knives.
Pin mill
A pin mill includes a rotor plate mounted on a shaft and having concentrically spaced-apart circular arrays of pins arise from an end face. The rotor pins interdigitate with complementary concentric arrays of pins arising from a face of a stator mounted on a door. The door swings open on a hinge mounted on two translator pins so that the door can translate the interdigitated pins before swinging open so that the pins arrays do not collide with each other while the door is opening. The rotor operates within a rotatable cylindrical screen which retains particles being broken up until they are small enough to exit. The rotor includes a circular array of vane knives which sweep closely within the screen and also entrain cooling air into the macerating volume of the mill. Oversized particles trapped in the screen also get cleared and split apart by the passing vane knives.
Dry grinding machine
To improve operating efficiency of a dry grinding machine, the dry grinding machine includes a rotating shaft; a first blade that is rotationally driven by the rotating shaft; a grinding chamber that houses the first blade; a feed-in section that feeds material to be processed, which is transported by hot air into the grinding chamber from a direction intersecting the rotating shaft; and a discharging section that is arranged on a side of the first blade opposite the feed-in section, in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and discharges from the grinding chamber, along with the hot air, the material to be processed that has been ground by the first blade while being dried by the hot air fed in from the feed-in section.
Apparatus for processing a material mixture comprising of alternative fuel and contaminants
The present invention relates to a device for treatment of a material mixture consisting of substitute fuel and impurities, having a vertically aligned central feeder (1), a separating unit (2) arranged underneath the central feeder (1), a rotor mill (3), wherein the rotor mill (3) is arranged above the separating unit (2) and surrounds the central feeder (1), a flow device (4) for generating an upwardly directed gas flow, wherein the rotor mill (3) has a multistage design, and a respective separating device (6) is arranged between the stages (5.1, 5.2) of the rotor mill (3), wherein material mixture not held back by the separating device (6) is further comminuted in the following stage (5.2).
