Shear bar
The invention relates to a shear bar (20), in particular for a forage harvester or another agricultural or silvicultural machine, having a carrier (21) that comprises a cutting region (30); a plurality of cutting elements (31) being set alongside one another in the cutting region (30); the cutting elements (31) comprising a partial edge and at least some of the partial edges forming a cutting edge (32) that is embodied to form, with a knife bar, a cutting engagement for the material to be shredded; the cutting edge (32) forming a transition between a cutting surface (32.1) that is constituted by the cutting elements (31) and extends transversely to the cutting direction, and an exposed surface (32.2) that extends substantially in a cutting direction and indirectly or directly adjoins the cutting edge (32). A shear bar of this kind can be configured to be break-resistant with little complexity in terms of parts and manufacture if provision is made that an infeed element (34), which is embodied as a sintered part made of hard material having an infeed bevel (34.6) profiled on in the sintering process, is provided on or in the row of cutting elements (31); the infeed bevel (34.6) being carried over indirectly or directly into the cutting edge (32); and the infeed bevel (34.6) being arranged at a tilt with respect to the cutting edge (32) in such a way that it is arranged with a setback with respect to the exposed surface (32.2) and toward the cutting surface (32.1).

Glass wool cutting device and method for manufacturing glass wool pellet using the same
The present invention provides a glass wool cutting device. The device includes a cutting section housing that has a cutting section chamber, a feed port that is connected to the cutting section chamber, and a discharge port that is connected to the cutting section chamber. A stationary knife is disposed on the cutting section housing to protrude into the cutting section chamber and a movable cutter that has a rotary support body is disposed in the cutting section chamber and a movable knife is supported on the rotary support body to apply a shearing force to the glass wool together with the stationary knife. Additionally, a cutter actuator provides a driving force to the rotary support body.
MIXING TOOL LOCK FOR A KITCHEN APPLIANCE
A mixing tool lock fixes a mixing tool in a container of a kitchen appliance, such as a stand mixer for kneading, mixing or grinding ingredients. The locking device includes a tool holder in which the mixing tool is rotatably mounted, and a fixing device for the tool holder. The tool holder also has a releasing device for releasing the mixing tool from the container. The locking device can be attached to the lower outside of a container having a bottom opening on the lower outside. The size of the opening corresponds at least to the diameter of the casing of the mixing tool so that the tool-side components of the mixing tool can be passed completely through the bottom opening from the outside. A kitchen appliance includes a drive, a housing that accommodates the drive, at least one mixing tool, and a container having the locking device.

DUAL-SHAFT SHREDDER WITH A HORIZONTAL MAINTENANCE CONCEPT
A two-shaft shredder includes a shredder housing, a first cutter disc unit, and a second cutter disc unit. The first cutter disc unit has at a first axial end a first bearing unit (80) with a first bearing housing and at a second axial end a second bearing unit with a second bearing housing. A first cutter disc block is rotatably mounted about a first axis of rotation. The second cutter disc unit has at a first axial end a third bearing unit with a third bearing housing and at a second axial end a fourth bearing unit with a fourth bearing housing A second cutter disc block is rotatably mounted about a second axis of rotation. The shredder housing has a first maintenance hatch cover which, in a release position, permits removal of the first cutter disc unit together with the first and second bearing units.
Engaging Tool
A system and method for an engaging tool. Removing debris, trees and clearing land and paths requires the use of specific tool and machinery. To grind, break and shred wood, the machines must be fitted with proper attachments and engaging tools. One tool includes a front a front face and a back face connected by two opposing side faces and an opposing top face and base face. The front face has a concave shape and an outer channel which extends inwardly into the front face. The front face also has a tube a tube extending outwardly from said front face. The tube is located within the outer channel.
