PAPER SHREDDER
A paper shredder includes a chassis on which an automatic paper feeding opening is defined, a paper shredding mechanism, a paper separating mechanism located adjacent to the automatic paper feeding opening, and a paper pickup mechanism located between the paper separating mechanism and paper shredding mechanism. The paper separating mechanism includes a first paper supporting board on which a fastening mechanism is provided and a paper separating board cooperating with the fastening mechanism. The paper pickup mechanism includes a holding bracket, a paper pickup roller axe, a plurality of paper pickup rollers sleeved on the axe, a second paper supporting board located below the plurality of rollers and secured onto the second paper supporting board, and a third paper supporting board located above a distal end of the second paper supporting board and connected with the paper separating mechanism.
SHREDDING ARRANGEMENT WITH INFEED ROLLER
A shredding arrangement for shredding material to be shredded, such as household waste, industrial waste, plastics, wood, paper and/or biomass, comprising a shredding device, which is arranged on a machine frame, and a supply device having at least one infeed roller drivable to rotate using an associated drive device for supplying the material to be shredded to the shredding device. The shredding arrangement is distinguished in that the infeed roller is configured to accommodate the associated drive device, and the drive device has an electric motor, gearing, and a flexible coupling.
DOMESTIC SHREDDER FOR PLASTIC PRODUCTS
A shredding assembly for tearing a plastic article, such as waste bottles into pieces or pellets. The shredding assembly includes rails that can be installed at a height and a shredder. The shredder includes a housing mounted on the rails and can slide from a stowed position to over one or more trash bins. The shredder includes two rollers mounted within the housing and a drive mechanism for counter-rotating the two rollers.
Flywheel for a wood chipper and process for making thereof
A wood chipper which includes a chamber having a flywheel and which includes a wood in-feed system. The in-feed system includes a bin inclined for gravity-feeding wood product to the chamber and a cylindrical anvil disposed between an outlet of the bin and the flywheel. The flywheel includes a plurality of plates laminated together with fasteners. First and second ones of the plates have aligned first and second openings respectively for passage of chips. The second opening has a tab which extends from an edge thereof partially into the first opening. A knife is attached to the tab and supports a blade outwardly of the first plate and thus outwardly of the flywheel. A system is provided for providing water mist onto wood product only as it is being fed down the in-feed bin.
Autofeed paper shredder with input drawer
An auto-feed paper shredder is configured for placement below the surface of a desk. The auto-feeder consists of a drawer located on the front surface of the shredder. This drawer is slid out to insert a stack of documents to be shredded. When the door is slid back into the shredder and the shredding system is activated, feed rollers draw sheets of paper either from the top or the bottom surface of the stack and feed the sheets into a conventional paper shredding mechanism. An input slot is provided to insert single sheets of paper when the auto-feeder is not being used.
One hundred sheet dual throat auto-feed paper shredder
The paper shredder simultaneously shreds both manually inserted sheets of paper and sheets of paper that are placed in an auto-feeder input tray. Immediately above the shredding mechanism the input path is bifurcated. One branch extends essentially straight up from the blades and leads to a manual input slot. A second branch extends at an angle towards the rear of the shredder where an auto-feed roller lies at the bottom of an auto-feed slot. When a stack of paper is placed into the slot, the bottom of the stack rests against the auto-feed roller which grasps the top sheet and pulls it under the roller. The roller then pushes the sheet down the angled throat where a curved surface bends the sheet downwards and into the shredding mechanism.
Chopping unit of a forage harvester and shear bar for a chopping unit
A chopping unit (10) of a forage harvester, having a chopping drum (11) bearing chopping blades (15), having a shear bar carrier (17) bearing a shear bar (16) for the chopping blades (15), wherein a top side (20), facing away from the shear bar carrier (17), of the shear bar (16) provides a cutting edge (21) of the shear bar (16), wherein the top side (20) of the shear bar (16) is contoured such that the top side (20) of the shear bar (16) is inclined, at least in a top-side portion (26) facing the chopping drum (11), continuously in the direction of the chopping drum (11) in the contact region with the chopping blades, as seen in the axial direction of the chopping drum (11).
In-feed roller for a wood chipper and method of making thereof
An in-feed roller for a wood chipper and a process of making thereof. The roller has seven, eight, or nine perimetric planar sides. It is made by providing a plurality of curved plates equal to the number of sides and a pair of end plates having a plurality of perimetric edges equal to the number of sides. Each curved plate has a side portion for extending between respective edges of the end plates, a knife portion, and a junction portion at the junction of the side portion and the knife portion. First tab and slot connections attach the side portions of the curved plates to the edges of the end plates respectively. Second tab and slot connections attach the terminal edges of the side portions of the curved plates to the junction portions of adjacent curved plates respectively.
