SYSTEM FOR PRETREATING AND DISINFECTING WASTE
A system for pretreating and disinfecting waste, wherein the system includes a transport line configured to move the waste, and including a conveying device, a heating device configured to heat a part at least of the waste when the waste moves along a part at least of the transport line, and in that the system includes a tunnel hermetically sealing a part at least of the waste transport line, and in that the system further includes an ozone injection device configured to apply ozone on a part at least of the waste when the waste moves along a part at least of the transport line.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR NEEDLE DISPOSAL
Provided herein are devices, systems, and methods for disposal of needles. In particular, provided herein are devices, systems, and methods for safe and efficient disposal of medical and research needles.
INFECTIOUS WASTE DISPOSAL
A system for treating infectious waste is provided that employs a medical waste handling and shredding sub-system that feeds partially processed waste to an oxidizer to eliminate potential airborne infectious waste prior to transforming the medical waste into useful co-products. Medical waste is transformed into value added products including hydrocarbon based gases, hydrocarbon-based liquids, carbonized material, and recovered precious metals and rare earth materials in a system having as its transformative element an anerobic, negative pressure, or carbonization system. With medical waste as a feedstock for the production of valuable products, an economically viable and environmentally more responsible alternative to traditional methods of medical waste treatment is realized.
SMART DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SAFE DISPOSAL OF INFECTIOUS MEDICAL WASTE USING UV LIGHT
Efficient and adequate disposal of medical infectious waste is proportional to the reduction of the spread of infectious diseases and the disease itself among humans. The essence of this invention is that infectious medical waste is in a timely, fast, efficient, simple, and environmentally friendly safely disposed of and turned into inert-municipal waste. Previous methods and devices for the disposal of infectious medical waste involved long-term procedures for the collection, sorting and storage of infectious medical waste, which increases the risk of secondary infections. This invention skips the process of collecting, sorting and storing medical infectious waste, and the entire process in the invention takes place in three unbreakable phases whose end product is municipal-inert waste. It is important to emphasize that with this invention, even the smallest amount of infectious medical waste will be disposed of immediately in an appropriate manner. And as a result, a maximum control over all medical infectious waste is achieved.
FOOD WASTE DISPOSAL APPARATUS
Proposed is a food waste disposal apparatus for automatically discharging food waste by compressing (naturally dewatering), cutting, and drying food waste. More specifically, proposed is a food waste disposal apparatus having a corrugated part provided at an input hole so that same can be bent in all directions, and thus construction is facilitated, and having, at a predetermined distance away from a drying drum that generates high heat, an exhaust fan for discharging internal air of a drying and discharging part, so as to minimize breakdown of the exhaust fan caused by high heat, and enable vibration and noise of the exhaust fan to be prevented.
QUICK BLADE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT ENABLED APPARATUS INTEGRATING MEDICAL WASTE CRUSHING AND STEAM TREATMENT
A quick blade repair and replacement enabled apparatus integrating medical waste shredding and sterilization is a dismountable integrally assembled vertical structure. Three chambers, including a loading and stirring, a shredding and a sterilization and discharging chamber are connected into a whole. Two repair gates are respectively on the left and right sides of the shredding chamber, they are designed as a whole together with the rotary blade shaft, when repair and replace the blades, only the repair gates need to be dismounted, and the replacement process can be finished outside the shredding chamber. The stationary blades are pressed on the inner wall of the shredding chamber by using binder plate, and bolts for securing the binder plate are screwed from outside.
MACERATOR FOR UTILISATION OF HOSPITAL WASTE, IN PARTICULAR CELLULOSE PULP
A macerator is disclosed for utilisation of hospital waste, in particular cellulose pulp, to be used in hospitals, nursing homes and other facilities which require the utilisation ofhygiene products such as diapers, disposable paper bed sheets and other personal hygiene products, such as cellulose-base urinals and bedpans with their contents, that is, excreta. In the bottom zone a truncated cone shape grinder is placed, with slots separating the charge chamber from the discharge chamber, whereas on the motor axis a plate is located, bent at the end in parallel to the grinder surface, with slots in the bend, and moreover on the plate on the charge chamber side at least two shaped grinding knives are located, and within its end zone at least two squeezers, whereas under the plate from the discharge chamber side at least two scrapers are installed.
MEDICATION DISPOSAL APPARATUS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE AND USE
A medication disposal apparatus and method of use with multiple stages of conversion operable to render a controlled substance useless.
WASTE MASK TREATMENT DEVICE USING STERILIZATION PART
The present invention relate to a waste mask treatment device using a sterilizing material, and more particularly, to a waste mask treatment device including: a body with an inlet adapted to insert a waste mask thereinto; a pulverization part located inside the body to pulverize the waste mask into pieces of mask; a sterilization part for emitting a sterilizing material for sterilizing the pieces of mask; and a collection part for collecting the pieces of mask. Accordingly, the waste mask treatment device is capable of being conveniently movable, being compact in size, and eliminating more than 99.99% of harmful bacteria living on the disposable mask through the sterilizing material.
ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY SYSTEM FOR THE BREAKDOWN AND DESTRUCTION OF MEDICAL WASTE
A microwave applicator box for breakdown of medical waste materials, is provided comprising: an interior defined by at least one wall; a plurality of inclined grates in an alternating arrangement, including: a first grate extending from a first direction, and a second grate extending from a second direction and underlapping the first grate; vibration devices connected to the grates by arms; wherein the area above the first grate is defined as a Zone A and wherein the area below the first grate and above the second grate is defined as a Zone B; wherein a first waveguide is connected to an opening in the wall in the area of the Zone A; wherein a second waveguide is connected to an opening in the wall in the area of the Zone B; and wherein the interior of the waveguides is in communication with the interior of the microwave applicator box.
