Gyratory crusher bottomshell with inspection hatch assembly
A gyratory crusher bottomshell and inspection hatch assembly is attachable exclusively to the bottomshell via a wear plate positioned at an internal region of the bottomshell. A wall thickness of the bottomshell at a border region immediately surrounding the hatch opening is generally equal to or less than a wall thickness over a remainder region of the wall at the same axial height position of the hatch opening.
MANTLE RETAINING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A GYRATORY CRUSHER
A retainer assembly for securing a mantle to a mainshaft of a gyratory crusher. The retainer assembly includes a headnut and a burn ring that are joined to each other prior to installation. The headnut includes a first and a second series of bores that each extend though the annular headnut. A series of jacking bolts are installed in the second series of bores and a series of connector are installed in the first series of bores. The combination of the headnut and burn ring are installed on the mainshaft. Once in place, the connectors are removed and a series of cylinders are positioned in the first series of bores. The cylinders are pressurized to create a gap between the headnut and the burn ring. The series of jacking bolts are rotated to maintain the gap and one or more shims can be positioned in the gap. The cylinder are removed and a headnut cover is installed to protect the headnut. During removal of the headnut, the cylinders can be reinstalled and pressurized.
Material crushing cavity structure and method for designing a multi-stage nested material crushing cavity structure
The embodiments of the present invention provide a crushing cavity structure for the technical field of crushing cavities of cone crushing equipment. The crushing cavity structure comprises: a first crushing cavity structure for through-crushing an input material having a first material characteristic, the first crushing cavity structure has a first crushing cavity and a first lining plate structure that match the first material characteristic, and the first crushing cavity and the first lining plate structure form a first-stage material crushing channel; a second crushing cavity structure for through-crushing a first-stage material having a second material characteristic, the first-stage material is obtained by the input material passing through the first-stage material crushing channel, the second crushing cavity structure has a second crushing cavity and a second lining plate structure that match the second material characteristic, and the second crushing cavity and the second lining plate structure form a second-stage material crushing channel.
COMPOSITE WEAR PART
The present disclosure relates to a hierarchical wear part including a reinforced portion comprising zirconia or an alumina-zirconia alloy. The reinforced portion also includes centimetric inserts with a predefined geometry. The inserts include micrometric particles of metal carbides, nitrides, borides, or intermetallic compounds bonded by a first metal matrix. The inserts are inserted into a reinforcement structure infiltrated by a second metal matrix, the reinforcement structure having a periodic alternation of millimetric areas of high and low concentration of micrometric particles of zirconia or alumina-zirconia alloy. The second metal matrix is different from the first metal matrix.

Gyratory crusher main shaft sleeve
A gyratory crusher main shaft sleeve friction fit over an uppermost end of a crusher main shaft. The sleeve includes an elongate axial wall for being positioned in contact with an outward facing surface of the main shaft. The axial wall has a thickness that decreases in a direction from a second upper end to a first lower end, wherein the internal facing surface of the sleeve extends transverse to a longitudinal axis of the sleeve so as to taper inwardly towards the axis in a direction from the first to the second end.
WEAR SENSING LINER
A wear sensing liner for a comminution apparatus. The wear sensing liner comprising: a liner body comprising; a wear surface side defining a wear surface; and an opposed, operatively rear surface side; and at least one sensor carried by the liner body. The at least one sensor being carried by the liner body to sense wear of the wear surface side of the liner body. The at least one sensor being configured to degrade in response to wear of the wear surface side of the liner body and to output a signal representative of the wear of the wear surface side of the liner body.
PROTECTIVE LINER FOR CRUSHER
A crusher having a protective liner, the protective liner including a plurality of lining segments which are arranged circumferentially along an a of the crusher. At least some of the segments have a trapezoidal shape with two bases of different lengths arranged parallel to the circumferential direction of the wall and two non-parallel legs connecting the bases. Further, at least some of the segments are arranged along the circumference of the wall such that long and short bases of adjacent segments alternate, and wherein at least some of the segments are allowed to vary in their axial position with respect to adjacent segments to compensate for tolerances in diameter of the wall of the crusher.
Lifting tool for nut of inner wear part of cone crusher
A nut lifting tool of an inner wear part of a cone crusher. The lifting tool has a frame to be placed around a nut to be lifted. The frame has nut lifting lugs for supporting occurring from at least three sides of the center of gravity of the nut and frame suspension brackets for suspending the frame from the nut before lifting the nut. The frame also has an open side for receiving a nut, lateral limiters, which, together with the lifting lugs and the suspension brackets, form a nut receiving space such that the frame can be slid from the open side to surround the nut, and lifting connection pieces for connecting a crane to the frame.
