An apparatus (2) for lifting a crushing mantle (4) of a cone or gyratory crusher is provided. The crushing mantle (4) has a first central axis (26) and an opening (10) with a clearance width (w) in its top region (12) surrounding the first central axis (26). The apparatus (2) comprises a plate-shaped lifting member (8) having a second central axis (18) and adapted to be attached to the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4), wherein the first central axis (26) coincides with the second central axis (18) when the plate-shaped lifting member (8) is attached to the crushing mantle (4). The plate-shaped lifting member (8) includes at least one attachment member (32) adapted to be attached to a suspension assembly (36), in order to lift the plate-shaped lifting member (8) together with the crushing mantle (4) attached thereto. The plate-shaped lifting member (8) has a first dimension (d1) in a first direction being smaller than the clearance width (w) of the opening (10) in the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4); and the plate-shaped lifting member (8) has a second dimension (d2) in a second direction being larger than the clearance width (w) of the opening (10) in the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4). The first direction and the second direction run obliquely in respect to each other.

ROCK CRUSHER HAVING PRIMARY AND AUXILIARY CRUSHING MECHANISMS
20220226833 · 2022-07-21 ·

A rock crushing device includes a housing with a plurality of walls defining a chamber that has an upper inlet and a lower outlet. At least one of the walls is movable relative to another wall to define a primary compression assembly for crushing rocks within the chamber via mechanical force. There is an auxiliary crushing assembly connected with at least one of the walls to deliver a vibratory force to at least one wall for crushing rocks within the chamber. The auxiliary crushing assembly is operable together with the primary compression assembly or independent of it.

Hydraulic Mantle Assembly System for a Gyratory Rock Crusher

A hydraulic mantle system for a gyratory rock crusher enables the safe, quick and efficient replacement of a worn or deformed mantle. The system includes a main shaft, an annular nut, an annular hydraulic piston and an annular mantle. The main shaft has a flange and external threads adjacent the flange. The annular nut body has side surfaces and internal threads that are threaded onto the external threads of the main shaft. The annular hydraulic piston has side surfaces that slidingly engage the side surfaces of the annular nut body. The annular mantle has an upper neck portion and a lower edge portion. The main shaft extends extending through the upper neck portion. The upper neck portion of the annular mantle is compressed between the flange of the main shaft and the annular hydraulic piston.

A CRUSHER MANTLE LIFTING DEVICE, AN ARRANGEMENT AND A METHOD
20210308688 · 2021-10-07 · ·

The present disclosure relates to a crusher mantle lifting device. Attachment elements are configured to be attachable to a crusher mantle. Each attachment element includes a main portion having an inner surface facing the mantle and an outer surface. A locking portion projects from the inner surface and is configured to protrude into a corresponding opening in the mantle. One or more lifting portions project from the outer surface. A tightening means is configured to press the attachment elements towards the crusher mantle. The disclosure also relates to an arrangement and a method.

Adjustable super fine crusher

A mill for the comminution of particulate material by impact means including a shell rotating at super critical velocity and a gyrating mandrel. Material introduced to the mill forms a bed on the inner surface of the shell and is then crushed by the impact of the gyrating mandrel. The axis of rotation of the shell is in angularly displaced from the axis of gyration of the mandrel to transport material through the mill.

Segmented bowl liner with reusable support cassette

A bowl liner for use in a crusher that is comprised of a support cassette and a plurality of bowl liner sections mounted to the support cassette. Each of the bowl liner sections is mounted along an inner surface of the support cassette. Once the bowl liner sections are positioned along the inner surface of the support cassette, a plurality of support plates are used to support the bowl liner sections on the support cassette. An epoxy material can be utilized to further attach the plurality of bowl liner sections to the support cassette such that the bowl liner sections are held securely in place during use. The bowl liner can be replaced in the crusher as a single unit. After use, the bowl liner sections can be removed from the support cassette and the support cassette can be reused with another set of bowl liner sections.
