A pulverizer may have such features as an ability to detect wrapping as well as possibly deter wrapping. A processor may also adjust the speed of rotation of the arms within the pulverizer and/or the speed of feed of input for various considerations. In fact the rotation direction may be reversed for at least brief periods of time in an effort to remove wrapped material. Vibration may also be sensed and efforts to prevent damage may be instigated by a processor.

A material reducing machine includes a rotary reducing drum that is rotatable about an axis of rotation and defines a reducing boundary that extends at least partially around the axis of rotation. The material reducing machine includes an infeed conveyor for transporting material to a front portion of the rotary reducing drum and defines a conveyor plane. The material reducing machine includes a mill box at least partially surrounding the rotary reducing drum and including a mill box lid mounted generally above the rotary reducing drum. The mill box lid has an inlet edge positioned above a rear portion of the rotary reducing drum and an outlet edge positioned above the front portion of the rotary reducing drum. The mill box includes an infeed opening that is configured to receive material from a feed table and has an upper opening defined by the outlet edge of the mill box lid.

To enable an impact applying member to efficiently crush an object to be crushed, a rotary crushing apparatus includes an impact applying member that is connected to a rotating shaft and crushes a processing object by means of rotation of the rotating shaft. The apparatus also includes a feeding device that feeds the processing object to the impact applying member in such a way that an axis direction of conveyance of the processing object is substantially identical to an axis direction of rotation of the impact applying member.

In examples, provided are movable truss conveyor support apparatuses, movable crusher picker apparatuses, picker shaft rakes to clean picker shafts, adjustable hoppers, and tracked crushers. In an example, provided is a crusher including (i) a crusher frame, (ii) a crusher subframe movably suspended from the crusher frame, (ii) a rotary bearing fastened to the crusher subframe, (iv) a rotatable picker shaft rotatably supported by the rotary bearing and adapted to rotate relative to the crusher subframe, and (v) at least one picker fastened to the rotatable picker shaft.
Material processing machine with a colorizer system and methods of reducing and colorizing waste material
A material processing machine having a reducing system for material reducing operations is disclosed. The reducing system includes a rotor having processing tools to reduce the material within a reducing chamber. A colorizer system includes a manifold positioned adjacent a screen defining a plurality of apertures for directing colorant from a colorant source through the apertures towards the reducing system. The material reducing operations include a two-stage reducing operation with selectively interchangeable screens that incrementally reduce the material to provide substantially uniform colorizing and material size.

A bale shredder may comprise a bale hopper defining an interior bale chamber for receiving a bale to be shredded, a bale shredding assembly to shred a bale in the chamber including a shredding rotor having a plurality of flails to contact a bale in the bale chamber, and a passage for receiving material shredded by the shredding rotor. In embodiments, a conveying assembly may facilitate material flow through the passage with a moving conveying surface. A collecting auger assembly may collect material ejected by the shredding rotor through the passage and may include an auger with an auger shaft rotatable about a rotation axis. In embodiments, a discharge assembly with a discharge rotor configured to receive the shredded material from the collecting auger assembly and expel the material through a discharge opening, and the discharge rotor may rotate on the auger shaft of the collecting auger assembly.

PULVERIZER SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PULVERIZING MATERIAL
A pulverizer for reducing a size of input material particles having a housing, a rotatable shaft with rotor arms and at least one airflow deflector cooperating with the rotor arms to deflect airflow within the pulverizer so as to form at least two overlapping vortices within the interior chamber such that input material particles in suspension in both overlapping vortices collide with each other to be thereby pulverized. The pulverizer also having a housing liner including a plurality of housing liner portions attached to and extending along a outer structural wall of the housing. The pulverizer also having a housing sidewall having an outer structural wall with a plurality of wall sections. The pulverizer also having canted rotor arms and rotor arms with removable wear pads. An anti-caking device for a vessel such as a pulverizer is also provided.

Mobile shredder for metal materials with improved safety features
A mobile shredder for metal materials comprising a feeding device, a shredding mill with a plurality of hammers associated with a rotor, and a removal device and an actuating device are provided, wherein: the feeding device comprises a hopper and a shredder with a first toothed roller and a second toothed roller that rotates in the opposite direction to that of the first roller and at a greater speed. The actuating device comprises a single motor. A control system is also provided with a plurality of hydraulic pumps for moving the rollers and a hydraulic clutch with a variable flow for moving the rotor, the plurality of hydraulic pumps and the hydraulic clutch being joined to the motor. The control system is configured to modify the rotational speed of the toothed rollers based on the motor load associated with the shredding mill; and the devices are mounted on a frame.
