A device for comminuting feed material with first comminuting tools and second comminuting tools, which are arranged inside a housing coaxially to an axis and which are axially spaced apart to form a comminuting zone, and of which at least the first comminuting tools perform a rotational movement about the axis. In a contact area between a first tool carrier and the first comminuting tools and/or in a contact area between a second tool carrier and the second comminuting tools a plurality of channels for the passage of a process gas are provided. The channels each have a radially inner inlet opening through which the process gas enters the channels and a radially outer outlet opening through which the process gas emerges from the channels. Among other things, this achieves improved cooling of the comminuting zone.

Polymer-based spherical powder preparation device and preparation process
A polymer-based spherical powder preparation device and preparation process are disclosed. The preparation device comprises a mill milling system and an inductively coupled plasma powder spheroidization system. The mill milling system of the preparation device can achieve ultra-fine grinding of the material at room temperature by applying strong extrusion, shear and circumferential stress to the material; and the inductively coupled plasma powder spheroidization system using high temperature plasma as high temperature heat source, the polymer powder can be heated uniformly, and the melting and cooling rate is fast, so the spheroidization can be completed in a short time. The preparation process of polymer based spherical powder was integrated and continuously produced by the preparation device.
POLYMER-BASED SPHERICAL POWDER PREPARATION DEVICE AND PREPARATION PROCESS
A polymer-based spherical powder preparation device and preparation process are disclosed. The preparation device comprises a mill milling system and an inductively coupled plasma powder spheroidization system. CONVERTIBLE RECYCLING APPARATUS FOR SYNTHETIC RESIN MATERIALS
An apparatus for recycling synthetic thermoplastic waste material combining heretofore multiple stage processing steps in a single stage shredder grinder pulverizer device. The apparatus has multiple interchangeable material processing blade sets on respective effacing engageable rotating and fixed blade mounts within a cooled material infeed and blade containment enclosure with multiple vacuum outlet ports and communicating vacuum ducts to draw off and transport processed material therefrom for separation and classification, as required. Each replaceable interchangeable processing blade set includes registerable shredding and grinding blades and annular pulverizing blade sets on fixed and movable mediums for progressive processing of waste material into uniform recyclable material.

A method and system for of cooling a disc mill having a rotating disc blade is disclosed. A disc mill may have a first and second material outlet positioned generally along tangents to the rotating disc blade. Air may be drawn through the first and second material outlets. A disc mill may include first and second air inlets positioned generally along tangents to the rotating disc blade. The first and second inlets may direct air streams to cool a first and second portion of the rotating disc blade and pulverized material.

INTEGRATED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECYCLING AND PROCESSING COMPOUND MATERIALS
The present invention refers to the to the reuse of waste materials based on synthetic resins and, more specifically refers to the reuse of disposable diapers, plastic packaging (PVC, PP, PET, and so on), for the production of raw material for extrusion, lamination, injection and rotational molding processes, among others. The invention consists of a system comprising a chopper, a mill for homogenization of particle size, a disk compactor employing frictional heating between a fixed disk and a rotating disk and cooling means by circulation of cold water inside said discs.
