GRATING APPARATUS AND BEVERAGE PREPARATION APPARATUS
A grating apparatus grates an object to be grated, and includes an upper mill including an upper mill grinding surface and an opening portion in a center of the upper mill grinding surface, a lower mill located below the upper mill and including a lower mill grinding surface abutting on the upper mill grinding surface, and a core at least partially located in the opening portion. The core includes a plate-shaped portion which rotates, and an engagement portion engaged with an object to be grated is provided in a peripheral end surface of the plate-shaped portion.
Grinder Mill Storage Hopper
A rotary grinding mill for that improves the rotary grinding mill process. A milling assembly that comprise an offset ripper blades to limit the noise applied to the unit, cutting edges on the milling assembly blades, and an trailing blade edge that is angled creating a milling fan blade. The milling fan blade creates an air flow through the mill assembly. A collection container that utilized a plurality of cyclonic air flow patterns and filters to remove particles from the air. A rotary grinding mill comprising a mill housing, a hopper, and collection container, such that the grinding mill may be stored in a single unit.
APPARATUS FOR REMOVING THE HUSK FROM GRAIN
An apparatus for removing the husk from grain, in particular as a laboratory or small-scale grain kernel peeler, and for producing dehusked grain seeds, has a peeler including a first disk and a second disk movable relative to the first disk and drivable about a vertical axis. The disks enclose, between main faces made of a temperature-stable and elastic material, a working space fillable with grain from the side opposite the second disk through a central first disk filling opening. By rotating the second disk, the kernel and husk can be separated by a radial movement along the disks so that kernel and husk leave the peeler on its outer circumference via an outlet which opens via a chute into a collecting bin, the chute having a lateral air inlet supplied with an air stream so that the husks leave the chute laterally in front of the collecting bin.
FOODSTUFF PREPARATION DEVICE
A foodstuff preparation device may include a roasting chamber having grinding funnel configured for communicating a foodstuff, having a pre-ground particle size, between two or more grinding stones, such as a first grinding stone and a second grinding stone. A grinding motor may be configured to motivate the foodstuff between the two or more grinding stone so that the foodstuff exits from between a first grinding stone and second grinding stone with a first ground particle size, the first ground particle size smaller than the pre-ground particle size. Generally, the device may be configured to prepare foodstuffs, such as sesame seeds, by roasting and grinding them to produce Tahini, or any other similar prepared food. Optionally, the foodstuff may be communicated into the grinding funnel from a dispensing funnel or from a roasting cavity having a heating element configured to govern the temperature of the roasting cavity.
Degerminator
A degerminator having a base, a plate with a plurality of protrusions, and a clamp that engages the plate to removably secure the plate to the base. A degerminator having first and second plate assemblies and an enclosure that surrounds the first plate assembly. The second plate assembly has a seal that moves between deflated and inflated positions. The second plate assembly moves between a first position, in which it does not engage the enclosure, and a second position, in which the seal engages the enclosure when inflated. A degerminator having a frame, first and second plate assemblies, supports and guides each coupled to the frame or the second plate assembly, and actuators each coupled to the frame and the second plate assembly to move the second plate assembly relative to the first plate assembly. A removable wear ring may protect a side wall of the enclosure.
Grinding mill stone controller assembly
An improved grinding mill that utilizes mill stones that minimizing the mechanical processes required to regulating the mill stones and allow an user to gain quick and easy access to the mill stones by removing a hopper. In addition, to provide a base frame for the mill that secures both mechanical and electrical parts including the mill housing to reduce manufacture and repair time.
Three-stage millstones
Disclosed is a three-stage millstone including an upper stone having a grain inlet and an inlet path, a middle stone disposed under the upper stone for causing grain, introduced through the inlet path, to move to an edge thereof and grinding the grain using compressive force between the upper and middle stones, a lower stone disposed under the middle stone for secondarily grinding the grain using compressive force between the middle and lower stones, the upper surface of the lower stone being wider than the lower surface of the middle stone and being inclined downward to allow the ground grain to inwardly move from the edge of the middle stone to the center of the lower stone, the lower stone having a grain outlet passage, a rotation device for enabling rotation of the middle stone, other than the upper and lower stones, and an actuator for rotating the middle stone.
Mill and beverage preparation apparatus including the same
In a mill having a first mill provided with a first grinding surface and a second mill provided with a second grinding surface, the first grinding surface includes a first groove in a curved shape which extends from a side of a center of rotation C toward an outer circumference, the second grinding surface includes a second groove in a curved shape which extends from the side of the center of rotation C toward the outer circumference, and while the first grinding surface and the second grinding surface are superimposed on each other, the first groove and the second groove are not superimposed on each other and an angle (an angle of intersection) ? at which the first groove and the second groove intersect with each other is 10????50?.
