Multi-function hydraulic separator
A hydronic system separator has an air separator with a vent release mechanism to remove air from the fluid within a hydronic system. The separator includes a magnetic assembly for collecting ferrous particles from the fluid. One or more screens are used to remove other particles from the fluid. The separator housing includes a removable debris collection receptacle that has a drain assembly.
Axle assembly having a dipstick assembly
An axle assembly that includes a housing assembly and a dipstick assembly. The housing assembly may at least partially define a cavity that receives a lubricant. At least a portion of the dipstick assembly may be removably mountable to the housing assembly and may include a fitting and a dipstick.
FOREIGN SUBSTANCE CAPTURE APPARATUS AND FACILITY FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET INCLUDING SAME
A foreign substance capturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a capturing body unit having an inlet port for introducing the air including magnetic foreign substances and an outlet port for discharging the air from which the magnetic foreign substances have been removed; and a magnetic isolation unit connected to the capturing body unit, including a magnetic member for isolating, by an attractive force, the magnetic foreign substances from the air flowing in the capturing body unit, and provided with a non-magnetic member surrounding the magnetic member.
FILTRATION SEPARATOR FOR MAGNETIC PARTICLES AND FILTRATION SEPARATION METHOD FOR MAGNETIC PARTICLES
A filtration separator for magnetic particles includes a storage tank that stores a liquid in which magnetic particles are dispersed, and that has a bottom portion and a side wall portion, a stirring mechanism having a rotating shaft portion inserted into the storage tank in a direction crossing a face of the bottom portion, and a stirring impeller that is coupled to the rotating shaft portion and that stirs the liquid by rotation of the rotating shaft portion, a magnet mechanism that is provided in at least a part of the side wall portion, and that can switch a magnetic force in the storage tank between an on state and an off state, and that adsorb the magnetic particles in the liquid to the side wall portion when it is in the on state, and a filtration mechanism having a filter provided in the bottom portion of the storage tank, and a discharge port from which the liquid after passing through the filter is discharged.
MAGNETIC ROD GUIDE FOR A FILTER
A magnetic rod guide for a filter comprises a base for attachment to part of a filter, a through aperture through which a magnetic rod can move, and resilient engagement means including at least one resilient latch for holding the magnetic rod in one or more fixed positions relative to the guide, the or each resilient latch further being adapted to allow movement of a magnetic rod through the through aperture in either direction, for insertion into the filter or withdrawal from the filter into one of the fixed positions.
Magnetic filter for a central heating system
A magnetic filter for a central heating system is disclosed, the filter including a separation chamber, a magnet for capturing magnetic particles within the separation chamber, an inlet for fluidly connecting to a central heating system circuit, an outlet for fluidly connecting to a central heating system circuit, and a single valve operable to select between at least two positions, the valve in a first position fluidly connecting the inlet to the separation chamber and fluidly connecting the outlet to the separation chamber and the valve in a second position isolating both the inlet and the outlet from the separation chamber.
MEASURING MAGNETITE BUILDUP IN A MAGNETIC FILTER
A magnetite level monitoring device for a magnetic filter in a central heating system, the magnetic filter including a separation chamber, an inlet to the chamber and an outlet from the chamber, and a magnetic element disposed within the chamber for attracting magnetic particles and removing the magnetic particles from the system water as it flows through the chamber, and the monitoring device including: a housing for placing adjacent to the outside of the separation chamber; a magnetometer mounted to the housing; a magnetic field guide mounted to the housing, the magnetic field guide being disposed between the magnetometer and the outside of the separation chamber, when the housing is mounted to the separation chamber; and output means adapted to issue a notification when the output from the magnetometer exceeds a predetermined threshold.
REMOVAL OF MAGNETIC POWDER FROM A PRINT CHAMBER
A printer is described that comprises a print chamber and an electromagnet moveable within the print chamber. The electromagnet has an on state and an off state. The electromagnet is to collect magnetic powder within the print chamber when in the on state, and to deposit magnetic powder when in the off state.
