The present invention relates to a valve for a system for spraying a cleaning liquid, said valve comprising: —a valve body including a hydraulic cavity configured to be fluidically connected to a hydraulic channel of the spray system and intended to receive the cleaning liquid, —a plunger configured to be displaced in the hydraulic cavity between an open position, in which it allows the cleaning liquid to enter the hydraulic channel, and a closed position, in which it prevents the passage of the cleaning liquid through the hydraulic channel, —a compressible elastic element containing a gas disposed in the hydraulic cavity and configured to be compressed if the cleaning liquid in the valve freezes.

Valve for metering a fluid

A valve for metering a fluid, including an electromagnetic actuator and a valve needle which is actuatable by an armature of the actuator and used to actuate a valve closing body which cooperates with a valve seat surface to form a seal seat. The armature is movably guided at the valve needle in the process. A stop element connected to the valve needle limits a relative movement between the armature and the valve needle in connection with an actuation of the valve needle. At least one elastically deformable spacer element is provided between the armature and the stop element, which, during the limitation of the relative movement between the armature and the valve needle at the stop element, encloses an attenuation space provided between a front face of the armature and a stop element surface of the stop element facing the front face of the armature.

Fuel injection valve

A fuel injection valve includes a valve body, a fixed core, a movable core, a spring and a cup. The movable core has a first core contact surface which contacts the valve body when the movable core is moved by a predetermined distance away from a nozzle hole, and a second core contact surface which contacts the cup when the movable core is moved away from the nozzle hole. The movable core, the cup and the valve body form a fuel storage chamber which is surrounded by the movable core, the cup and the valve body to accumulate fuel. The first core contact surface is located inside the fuel storage chamber. The first core contact surface and the second core contact surface have a communication groove through which the inside and the outside of the fuel storage chamber communicate with each other.

SYSTEM FOR DEPOSITING FOODSTUFF MATERIAL IN THE FLUID STATE ON A FOODSTUFF PRODUCT

A system for depositing foodstuff material in the fluid state on a foodstuff product, the system including: a product conveying line; at least one foodstuff material dispensing unit including includes a plurality of rows of nozzles; and a dispensing control unit, in which the dispensing unit includes a valve device associated to each individual nozzle to control foodstuff material flow through the nozzle, the valve device including: an open/close member, a solenoid; and a magnetic element operatively connected to the open/close member and mobile between a first position in which it closes the respective nozzle, preventing dispensing of the foodstuff material therethrough, and a second position in which a passage is opened through the nozzle for dispensing the foodstuff material.

Applicator with a small nozzle distance

The disclosure relates to an applicator, in particular a printhead, for applying a coating agent, in particular a paint, to a component, in particular a motor vehicle body component or an add-on part for a motor vehicle body component, having at least one nozzle row with a plurality of nozzles for dispensing the coating agent in the form of a coating agent jet, the nozzles are arranged one behind the other in a nozzle plane along the nozzle row at a specific nozzle spacing, and having a plurality of actuators for controlling the release of coating agent through the individual nozzles, the actuators each having an outer dimension along the nozzle row. The disclosure provides that the nozzle distance between the adjacent nozzles of the nozzle row is smaller than the outer dimension of the individual actuators along the nozzle row.

Coating device having first and second printheads and corresponding coating process

The disclosure concerns a coating device and a corresponding coating process for coating components, in particular motor vehicle body components, with a coating agent (e.g. paint), with a coating robot with a first printhead which is mounted on the coating robot. The disclosure provides that the first printhead is exchangeably mounted on the coating robot and can be exchanged for a second printhead during a color change. Another variant of the disclosure, on the other hand, provides for a second printhead to be mounted on the coating robot in addition to the first printhead, the two printheads each applying a specific coating agent in order to enable a color change without changing the printhead.

Fuel injection device

For a fuel injection device, a configuration to improve fuel sealability when a valve is closed is provided. Therefore, the fuel injection device includes: a valve body that opens and closes a fuel flow path; a movable iron core in which a fuel passage hole communicating an upstream side and a downstream side is formed, and that operates the valve body toward the upstream side; a biasing spring whose one end contacts the movable iron core, and that biases the movable iron core in a valve opening direction; and a regulating unit that regulates movement of the one end of the biasing spring, in which the shortest distance between the one end of the biasing spring and the fuel passage hole is larger than a radial travel distance of the one end until radial movement of the one end is regulated by the regulating unit.

COATING DEVICE AND CORRESPONDING COATING PROCESS

The disclosure concerns a coating device and a corresponding coating process for coating components, in particular motor vehicle body components, with a coating agent (e.g. paint), with a coating robot with a first printhead which is mounted on the coating robot. The disclosure provides that the first printhead is exchangeably mounted on the coating robot and can be exchanged for a second printhead during a color change. Another variant of the disclosure, on the other hand, provides for a second printhead to be mounted on the coating robot in addition to the first printhead, the two printheads each applying a specific coating agent in order to enable a color change without changing the printhead.
