A fluid dispenser system is disclosed herein that is configured to switch between an open position in which fluid flows through a fluid channel and a closed position in which fluid is prevented from flowing through the fluid channel. The fluid dispenser system includes a valve disposed along the fluid channel and configured to move between the open valve position and the closed valve position, a trigger actuatable between an open trigger position and a closed trigger position which move the valve between the open valve position and the closed valve position, a trigger latch configured to move between a latched position in which the trigger latch fixes the trigger in the open trigger position and an unlatched position in which the trigger latch does not constrain movement of the trigger, and a solenoid with a solenoid pin. The solenoid is configured to translate the solenoid pin between an extended position capable of retaining the trigger latch in the latched position and a retracted position that allows the trigger latch to move into the unlatched position.

Telescoping spray wand assembly

The invention provides a telescoping wand assembly for use in dispensing liquid from a container, including a trigger module extending along a longitudinal axis between proximal and distal ends. The trigger module includes a tubular handle member, a user accessible trigger positioned externally of the tubular handle member that is selectively movable between first and second positions, a hose positioned within the tubular handle member and adapted to transport liquid from the container, and a valve actuating member that is selectively, movably actuable by movement of the trigger between its first and second positions. A stationary frame assembly provides rigidity and contact points for a telescopically movable tube assembly that extends from the trigger module. A shut-off valve and nozzle are positioned at the distal end of the wand assembly and movement of the shut-off valve is controlled by the trigger and translated by way of the tube assembly.

SPRAY GUN WITH ADJUSTMENT ELEMENT

A spray gun having a gun body is provided. A duct extends in the gun body between an inlet mouth and a main outlet mouth. The gun body has a handle, the inlet mouth located in the handle, extending along a handle axis; a barrel, the main outlet mouth formed in the barrel, extending along a barrel axis; and an adjustment element extending onto the barrel around and parallel to the barrel axis. The adjustment element has a central cavity accommodating the barrel and a secondary outlet mouth. The adjustment element is axially movable between a retracted position and a forward position, in which the adjustment element is advanced axially cantilevered on the barrel, with the secondary outlet mouth axially distal to the main outlet mouth, defining, within the central cavity, an adjustment chamber filled with water exiting the main outlet mouth to flow through the secondary outlet mouth.

The water-saving nozzle has an outer housing that includes an outer vortex screw in operative engagement with an inner housing that is disposed inside the outer housing. The vortex screw has helical threads. The inner housing has an inner vortex screw with outside helical threads. When water passes through the outer and inner vortex screws the water is rotated before the water passes into the vortex chambers of the inner and outer housings. The water discharged from the outer housing forms an outer dome shape and the water discharged from the inner housing forms an inner dome shape inside the outer dome shape.

Nozzle for dispensing system

A fluid dispensing nozzle includes a housing including an outlet to discharge fluid to a surrounding environment. The fluid dispensing nozzle also includes a nozzle insert disposed in the housing and including an inlet in fluid communication with a source of fluid to receive a fluid flow. The nozzle insert includes an outlet orifice in fluid communication with the outlet to direct fluid from the inlet toward the outlet. The nozzle insert is selectively movable relative to the housing between a first position in which fluid is discharged through the outlet at a first flow rate and a second position in which the fluid is discharged through the outlet at a second flow rate larger than the first flow rate. The nozzle insert is movable between the first position and the second position independent of the pressure of fluid at the inlet.

SPRAY WAND

A spray wand for dispensing liquids includes a handheld housing having an elongated outer tube and an inner tube positioned within the outer tube. The inner tube is partially slidable within the outer tube and includes a liquid-tight seal between the inner tube and the outer tube. The spray wand also includes a thumbwheel rotatably secured within a central void in the handheld housing. The inner tube is positioned at least partially within the central void. The thumbwheel has an inner circumferential surface that is threadably engaged with a threaded outer surface of the inner tube. Rotating the thumbwheel in a first direction translates the inner tube toward a distal end of the outer tube, while rotating the thumbwheel in a second direction translates the inner tube away from a distal end of the outer tube, which resultingly adjusts the spray pattern of the liquid exiting the spray wand.

Bioprinter spray head assembly and bioprinter

The present disclosure relates to a bioprinter spray head assembly, comprising a mounting block having a passage and a spray head mounted in the passage, wherein a first flow channel is provided in the mounting block, one end of the first flow channel is provided with a port communicating with the passage; the spray head comprises an equal diameter portion away from an outlet of the passage and a reduced diameter portion close to the outlet of the passage, wherein a second flow channel is formed between the reduced diameter portion and the passage, an opening is formed between the reduced diameter portion and the port to communicate the first flow channel and the second flow channel, and the equal diameter portion is configured to occlude the port. The adjustment of the circulation area of the spray head assembly may be achieved by changing the relative positions of the reduced diameter portion and the port, so that the adjustment is convenient and easy to carry out, and there is a favorable implementability.

Electric mixing valve with dual flowpath metering ball

A mixing valve assembly includes a valve housing defining an interior, a cold inlet along a first axis, a hot inlet, and a mixed outlet. A metering ball within the interior rotates about the first axis. The metering ball has an outer shell defining: a cold port aligned with the cold inlet; a hot port selectively aligned with the hot inlet; a cold outlet connected to the cold port; and a hot outlet connected to the hot port. Rotation of the metering ball aligns the hot port with the hot inlet, the cold outlet with the mixed outlet, and the hot outlet with the mixed outlet to varying degrees. The metering ball has a central flowpath for hot water and a radially outward flowpath for cold water.
