Portion control dispenser
The invention is directed to a dispensing device comprising a rigid container, a flexible bladder, and a rigid stopper. The container is adapted to contain a product to be dispensed. The flexible bladder is disposed below and in fluid communication with the container. The bladder comprises a top end, a sidewall extending downwardly from the top end and terminates in a spout. The bladder is in a liquid tight engagement with the container and the product contained in the container is adapted to flow into the bladder. The rigid stopper is disposed within the flexible bladder and comprises a top end, and at least one sidewall extending downwardly from the top end, and terminates in an open bottom end. The stopper comprises a plurality of through holes.
DISPENSER
A dispenser, which has a pump chamber formed by a body including a depression, and a lid body covering an opening of the body, where a liquid in the pump chamber is discharged front a nozzle portion by performing a discharge operation that presses the lid body toward an inside of the pump chamber to deform the lid body, and a liquid is caused to flow into the pump chamber when the discharge operation is released. A coil spring that urges the lid body to an outside of the pump chamber is included in the pump chamber, a diameter of the coil spring is larger than a radius of the lid body, and a deformation amount of the lid body is equal to or more than ⅓ of a diameter of the lid body.
Dispenser pump
A dispenser pump is constituted by a closure body (2), a diaphragm body (3) which forms a pump chamber with the closure body and optionally a top actuator (4) for pressing the diaphragm body (4). The diaphragm body has a deformable wall (35) formed integrally in the same polymer as its annular mounting portion (31). An inlet valve (5) through the floor (21) of the closure body has a flap (52) which is formed and hinged integrally with that floor (21). An outlet valve may also be formed in the same polymer, either integrally with the diaphragm body or as a separate component. The deformable wall of the diaphragm body is shaped to generate a restoring force itself without a separate spring, so that the entire pump may be made from the same polymer e.g. polypropylene and without metal components.
BLADDER-TYPE DISPENSING PUMP
A bladder-type dispensing pump (100) comprises a push nozzle (110) and a container cap (120), said nozzle (110) and cap (120) being interconnected. The push nozzle (110) is provided with a bladder portion (111). The bladder portion (111) is able to deform such that the volume of the internal cavity thereof may change. The bladder-type dispensing pump (100) is further provided with an elastic return mechanism. A portion of the elastic return mechanism is connected to or in contact with the bladder portion (111). When the bladder portion (111) is depressed so as to deform, the elastic return mechanism deforms with it, and when pressure acting on the bladder portion (111) is removed, the elastic return mechanism returns to its non-deformed state, causing the bladder portion (111) to reset.
Container
A container having a pressurized chamber containing a fluidic material and a dispensing assembly coupled thereto. The dispensing assembly includes a dispensing passageway for discharging the fluidic material from the container. A dispensing valve, a tilt valve, and a pump assembly are all operably coupled to the dispensing passageway. The tilt valve is alterable between a closed state in which the pressurized chamber is scaled and an open state in which the dispensing passageway is fluidly coupled to the pressurized chamber. The pump assembly is alterable between a first state in which a variable volume of the dispensing passageway in at a first volume and a second state in which the variable volume is at a second volume that is less than the first volume. Thus, the pump assembly creates a negative pressure behind the dispensing valve to prevent excess fluidic material from being dispensed.
DISPENSER
A dispenser, which has a pump chamber formed by a body including a depression, and a lid body covering an opening of the body, where a liquid in the pump chamber is discharged from a nozzle portion by performing a discharge operation that presses the lid body to an inside of the pump chamber to deform the lid body, and a liquid is caused to flow into the pump chamber by releasing the discharge operation. The dispenser includes a pressing support portion disposed to face the lid body, and a discharge operation is performed by pinching a top portion of the lid body and the pressing support portion with fingers from lateral sides of the body.
Device for dispensing fluids or mixtures
The present invention concerns a device (1) for dispensing a fluid (L), suited to be coupled with a container (C) holding said fluid (L). The device (1) comprises a collapsible chamber (6) suited to draw, contain and dispense an amount of said fluid (L) and at least partially delimited by a deformable membrane (10) suited to be squeezed to dispense at least one portion of said amount from the collapsible chamber (6). The device (1) comprises locking means (50, 52, 56) suited to maintain the deformable membrane (10) in a fixed squeezed position and release means (80, 84a, 84b, 86a, 86b) suited to release the deformable membrane (10) from the fixed squeezed position.
Sanitizing door handle
Various implementations of the invention are directed toward a sanitizing door handle and/or components of such sanitizing door handle. Some implementations of the invention are directed toward a manual sanitizing door handle while some implementations of the invention are directed toward an auto-sanitizing door handle. According to some implementations of the invention, a sanitizing fluid is dispensed directly onto an exterior surface of the sanitizing door handle in connection with an operation of the door handle to sanitize the door handle. According to some implementations of the invention, a sanitizing fluid is dispensed directly onto a user's hand(s) in connection with an operation of the door handle to sanitize the user's hand(s).
SEALING STRUCTURE OF CREAM-TYPE COSMETICS CONTAINER
A sealing structure of a cream-type cosmetics container is disclosed, the sealing structure having an elastic protrusion formed to be bent and brought into close contact with a mounting groove when a pressurizing part, provided at the inner upper side of a finishing cap, makes contact with the upper end surface of a pumping guide cap during a process of coupling the finishing cap to a container body, thereby performing an efficient sealing function as the volume of a space formed by the pumping guide cap and the finishing cap is being reduced and pressure therein is increasing, and preventing a first valve member from opening a contents discharge hole, and in addition, preventing the leakage of contents even if the internal pressure of the container body increases.
TRIGGER-TYPE LIQUID DISPENSER
A trigger-type liquid dispenser that, even when lateral force is applied to a trigger, prevents liquid leakage. The trigger-type liquid dispenser includes a pump, which includes: a cylinder, which includes an inner tubular wall and an outer tubular wall; a piston, which has a front-side end portion; a front-side sealing piece and a rear-side sealing piece; an outer-circumferential-side support portion; and an inner-circumferential-side support portion. The outer-circumferential-side support portion is provided with an annular cut-off portion, which forms a gap between the outer-circumferential-side support portion and an outer circumferential surface of the piston.
