BOTTLE AND REFILL
A refill cartridge and a bottle to contain the cartridge. The refill includes at least two sealed openings, one at the top and one at the bottom. They may be sealed by an in mold label. The bottle is suitable for including the cartridge and may also include a pump and a dip tube. The dip tube is used to pierce the top and bottom seals of the cartridge when the bottle closure is screwed onto the bottle. Piercing the bottom seal releases product into the water filled interior of the body of the bottle. Typically the product will be a concentrate such as a body wash or hand washing concentrate. The bottle preferably includes an aperture or window through which at least a portion of the cartridge can be seen so that the consumer can determine which variation of product is present in the refill in the bottle.
Dispensing pump with locking structures and methods of using the same
A dispensing pump includes a spring assembly and a locking arrangement to prevent the dispensing head from being deployed and/or actuated during shipment, stocking and pre-purchase handling. The dispensing pump includes a pump base, and a dispensing head having a piston stem. The spring assembly includes a slotted tubular spring element and first and second loading cones received at opposing ends of the slotted tubular spring element. Various locking arrangements may include interacting rotatable lugs provided between the dispensing head and the pump base, snap beads to retain the piston and dispensing head in a secured shipping position, and recyclable locking rings disposed between the dispensing head and pump base which prevent an active dispensing head from being actuated.
Double-walled container
A double container includes: an inner container adapted to store a given content therein and having a neck formed on top thereof; an outer container adapted to accommodate at least a portion of the inner container therein; a neck cap coupled to the neck of the inner container and having at least a portion accommodated in the inner container; pump assemblies coupled to top of the outer container, detachably coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the neck cap, having at least portions accommodated in the neck cap and inserted inside the inner container, and adapted to discharge the content therefrom; and a nozzle adapted to be pressurized by a user to discharge the content transferred from the pump assemblies through a discharge hole.
REFILLABLE PACKAGING ASSEMBLY FOR A COSMETIC PRODUCT
A packaging assembly for a cosmetic product has a receptacle which can contain the product, and an insert which supports a dispensing member and is removably mounted on the receptacle in order to allow, when it is mounted on the receptacle, product to be dispensed by the dispensing member. The insert is configured to cooperate with the receptacle so that, when the receptacle is moved to be mounted on and/or removed from the insert, the insert successively moves via a first position in which the force necessary for the movement reaches a first local maximum, and a second position in which the force reaches a second local maximum.
METHOD FOR MAKING A CONTAINER FOR A FLUID SUBSTANCE DISPENSING DEVICE AND DISPENSING DEVICE FOR THE SAID FLUID SUBSTANCE
A method for making a fluid substance container starting from a preform, the container coupled by a ring nut to a hermetic pump to form a fluid substance dispensing device, including heating and blow-moulding the preform to obtain the container; the preform formed of an external body and an internal body mutually assembled before being blow-moulded, the external body being cup-shaped with a first free end, the internal body being cup-shaped with a second free end having a flange whereby, when the internal body and external body are assembled, the flange abuts the first free end and protrudes a distance along an external perimeter of the external body near the free end, the external body being configured to form—once blow-moulded—the external recipient of the container while the internal body is configured to form a deformable bag housed inside the container, the ring nut having a undercut which engages the flange so that when the ring nut is removed the now empty deformable bag comes with it, in addition to the pump.
ECO-PUMP TYPE COSMETIC CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container using an eco pump, and the eco pump effectively controls pressure acting on a space between a container body and a container lid, thereby preventing liquid leakage from the space between the container body and the container lid to the container lid. The cosmetic container using the eco pump includes a container body, a cover, a connection tube and a check valve which effectively block and release liquid contents discharged from the container body, an eco pump made of an elastomer material, and first to fourth cylinder members and a container lid discharging the liquid contents to the outside via a discharge path of a lid or blocking the liquid contents from the outside.
A DISPENSER PUMP AND ELASTIC RESTORING MEANS FOR A DISPENSER PUMP
The disclosure relates to a dispenser pump (10) for manual dispensing of product (2) in fluid form out of a container (3) and for leakproof assembly to an opening (3A) of the container by means of a closure (4). The dispenser pump comprises a housing (20) adapted for being held fixed in relation to the container after assembly. The housing defining a pump chamber (21) with an inlet (22) configured for fluid communication with the inside of the container. The dispenser pump comprising at least one spring (30) and an actuator (40) configured for fluid communication with the inside of the pump chamber and a piston rod (42) fixedly connected to the actuator and arranged for reciprocating motion inside the pump chamber. The disclosure further relates to a spring (30) for a dispenser pump (10).
PUMP DISPENSER
Disclosed is the invention of a pump dispenser wherein a deformation prevention locking part induces a chaplet to move in the axial direction in a housing at the time of rotation of a head part, thereby allowing or restricting an operation of pressing a head part while preventing the deforming of an elastic member. The disclosed pump dispenser comprises: a cap part fastened to a container; a housing which is provided at the cap part and in which a content stored in the container remains in a dischargeable state; a shaft received in the housing so as to be movable in the axial direction, the shaft including a head part for discharging the content remaining in the housing to the outside through a pressing operation by an external force; a chaplet provided in the housing such that the shaft is inserted so as to be able to extend therethrough, the chaplet allowing or blocking the movement of the shaft on the basis of the angle of rotation of the head part; an elastic member provided on the circumference surface of the shaft and elastically supporting the chaplet and the head part; and a deformation prevention locking part for inducing the chaplet to move in the axial direction in the housing at the time of rotation of the head part, thereby allowing or restricting an operation of pressing the head part while preventing the deformation of the elastic member.
THREADED CONTAINER COMPONENTS HAVING FRUSTUM SHAPED SURFACES ENABLING NESTING
A container lid comprising a frustum shaped sidewall, a chuck shoulder formed between an upper edge of the sidewall and a seaming panel, and at least one translative motion guide feature extending radially inward from the sidewall. A bottom (lower) edge of the sidewall can be closed by a bottom wall or rolled creating an open design. The frustum shaped sidewall and size of the translative motion guide features is designed to enable nesting of multiple container lids/caps. The lid is seamed to a container body. The lid and cap each include sealing surfaces designed to engage with one another creating a gas and liquid impervious seal, preferably capable of retaining pressure within a container. Alternatively, the translative motion guide feature can be integral with a frustum shaped container body, such as a cup.
