The lower seal assembly primarily has a seal seat with a through hole and an elastic sealing gasket covering the through hole from above. The upper seal assembly has an umbrella-shaped member, a hollow material-feeding column, a support post, and an end sealing cap. The end sealing cap is fixed in the umbrella-shaped member through the support post. The hollow material-feeding column's bottom surface, the support post, and the end sealing cap form a material outlet. The umbrella-shaped member lower end is in interference fit with the seal seat.

When the plastic spring is pressed, there is a gap between the pull rod and the side wall of the communication port. When the plastic spring pops up, the stopper blocks the communication port. The first one-way valve device is between the pressing head and the main column to supply the emulsion to the pressing head. The second one-way valve device is between the plastic spring and the inlet of the body to supply the emulsion from the inlet of the body into the plastic spring.

The displacement of the concealment ring occurs through a helical movement of the concealment ring relative to the base in relation to the main displacement axis. As well, the displacement of the concealment ring from the operating position to the locking position allows at least part of the distribution element to be concealed. Finally, the concealment element further includes a ballast rigidly connected to the concealment ring.

a reservoir (1);

a dispenser head (T) that is provided with a dispenser orifice (62);

a dip tube (22) that conveys the fluid from the reservoir (1) to the dispenser head (T);

a pusher (6) that is axially movable over a determined stroke;

an electric pump (4) that delivers air into the reservoir (1) so as to force the fluid through the dip tube (22) as far as the dispenser head (T), the electric pump (4) being actuated by the pusher (6); and

a fluid outlet valve (7);

the fluid dispenser being characterized in that:

all of the air coming from the electric pump is delivered into the reservoir;

the electric pump (4) is activated by the pusher (6) as soon as it leaves its high rest position, and the outlet valve (7) is opened only in the proximity of the low depressed position, such that the electric pump (4) is electrically powered well before the outlet valve (7) is opened; and

the electric pump (4) delivers air into the reservoir (1) with an increase in pressure that is less than 1 Bar.
