Device, system and method for dispensing a liquid from a container
The invention relates to a device (1) for dispensing a liquid from a container (C), comprising a pump (2) having a suction side (S) that is adapted to be brought into fluid communication with the container (C), a spray nozzle (3) in fluid communication with a pressure side (P) of the pump (2) through an outlet channel (4), a pre-compression valve (5) arranged in the outlet channel (4), and a gas buffer (9) in fluid communication with the pressure side (P) of the pump (2) and with the spray nozzle (3). The gas buffer (9) may comprise a buffer chamber (10) in which a gas-filled resiliently deformable body (11) is arranged, and the gas buffer (9) may extend from the pressure side (P) of the pump (2) in a different direction than the outlet channel (4). The invention further relates to a system for dispensing a liquid, comprising a container (C) that is filled with the liquid and a dispensing device (1) of the type described above connected to the container (C). And the invention relates to a method for dispensing a liquid, comprising the steps of:—drawing the liquid from a container (C) and pressurizing the liquid by actuating a pump (2), wherein the container (C) and the pump (2) form part of a dispensing system;—guiding a part of the pressurized liquid to a spray nozzle (3) of the dispensing system;—spraying the liquid from the nozzle (3);—guiding another part of the pressurized liquid to a gas buffer (9) for temporary storage; and—spraying the stored liquid from the nozzle (3) when the pump (2) is not being actuated; wherein the pressurized liquid is guided from the pump (2) to the spray nozzle (3) in a different direction than from the pump (2) to the gas buffer (9).
Pump assembly and container with contents discharge function
In a pump assembly, the outer wall of the first inner-housing sidewall, the inner wall of the second inner-housing sidewall and the inner-housing top wall define a first chamber with a first opening, and the gas chamber of the first chamber is a sealed chamber collectively defined by the piston portion, the inner-housing top wall, the outer wall of the first inner-housing sidewall and the inner wall of the second inner-housing sidewall, so that the formation of the sealed chamber does not require an additional sealing ring. This thereby reduces the risk of gas leakage due to aging of the sealing ring. A container with contents discharge function provided by this disclosure can include the above pump assembly.
Pump assembly and container with contents discharge function
A pump assembly comprises a pump main body having a first cavity and a press rod. The press rod has a rod body and a piston portion in which the rod body is slidably provided in the first cavity in a penetrating manner and one end thereof extends out of the first cavity. The piston portion is connected to the rod body and is located in the first cavity to divide it into a first gas cavity and a second gas cavity, one or more of which are sealed cavities. Since the piston portion can rebound under the resultant force of a gas pressure in the gas cavities, the pump main body does not need a spring for rebounding the rod body. Accordingly, the pump assembly can be entirely made of a plastic material, and no metal material is mixed, so the pump assembly is easily recycled.

And the invention relates to a method for dispensing a liquid, comprising the steps of: drawing the liquid from a container (C) and pressurizing the liquid by actuating a pump (2), wherein the container (C) and the pump (2) form part of a dispensing system; guiding a part of the pressurized liquid to a spray nozzle (3) of the dispensing system; spraying the liquid from the nozzle (3); guiding another part of the pressurized liquid to a gas buffer (9) for temporary storage; and spraying the stored liquid from the nozzle (3) when the pump (2) is not being actuated; wherein the pressurized liquid is guided from the pump (2) to the spray nozzle (3) in a different direction than from the pump (2) to the gas buffer (9).
PRESS LIQUID PUMP
A press liquid pump includes an outer pipe and an inner pipe disposed in the outer pipe. A vacuum pump head is disposed on the outer pipe. A liquid outlet pipe of the vacuum pump head is disposed outside the outer pipe. A pressing portion of the vacuum pump head is disposed in the outer pipe. A first opening is defined in the outer pipe. A first end of the inner pipe is closed, and a second end of the inner pipe defines a second opening. When the inner pipe is disposed in the outer pipe, the inner pipe is inserted into the outer pipe, and the inner pipe is connected with the pressing portion of the vacuum pump head. When the inner pipe is pressed towards the vacuum pump head, liquid in the inner pipe is pumped to an outside of the outer pipe.
